"Great Location. Short walk to the beach. Nice view of the pool and clean. The shower was broken so that wasn’t fun. And the lock on the sliding door was missing. Overall it was great for the price.

"I highly recommend choosing this wonderful condominium for your vacation on the gulf in Destin. It is a 5-minute walk from the gorgeous beach. It was clean, well-maintained, well-stocked kitchen, 2 updated TVs with both streaming and cable, and had a nice deck overlooking the pool and jacuzzis. The staff members in the office were friendly and helpful, and when the wifi was having some technical issues, the maintenance staff resolved the issues immediately. While walking my dog around the complex I enjoyed how friendly the vacationers and owners were. Bon Voyage!

Good value - nice older resort

"Overall we were pleased. Location within the resort is very good and the Resort itself is nice. The unit is a little older and could use a little TLC but clean and comfortable. I think being right by the pool might be a little noisy in the busier season but for this time of year it was a nice spot. The prices are good so overall good value.

"This unit was in great condition and located on the Beachwalk and overlooking one of the pools. Pet friendly, allowed us to bring our little dog. The only issue was no lock on the sliding glass door, no way to secure it. It’s a second floor unit but we would have been more comfortable with a locking door. Will definitely return to Sandpiper Cove!

Good stay overall

"Location was great, quick walk to the beach. Spacious enough for 2 adults, a child and dog. Condo was nice enough, it needs a few touch ups but overall it was a pleasant stay. The balcony overlooked the pool and hot tubs. The grounds are well kept and felt safe to walk the dog around at night. Only complaint was the floors need a good scrubbing.

"We very much enjoyed our 6-week stay at SPC Unit 9234. It’s close location and walkability to the pool, beach and on-site restaurant made for a very pleasant stay. With the unit’s 1 bedroom located opposite the pool made for a quiet night sleep.

"Had a great first experience with this property. Livingroom TV went out while we were there and property mgmt got it changed out within 1 hour. Unit was clean and great location. Would love more lighting in bathroom/bedroom area, and 2 outlets in kitchen were not working. Other than that it was awesome!

"My husband kept saying, “This place is awesome!” It was just the right size for the two of us and our small dog to stretch out. It had everything we needed and was convenient to the beach, activities, and restaurants. Check in and check out were easy. The lady at front desk was very polite.

"My favorite thing about the condo was the easy access to the beach with no elevator wait! We just walked down the stairs and walked across the street. Since the condo was in the front of the complex, we were on the beach in about 3 mins. The condo was very clean and as described. Check in was so quick, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Barry the owner was also very helpful and friendly! Thanks for a great stay!

"The condo has decently modern decor and very clean. Appliances are somewhat dated but worked great. A/C worked well. Location is perfect. Overlooking the first pool area and right by the entrance for easy walks to the beach. The bunk beds are big enough for adults if needed. Great place.

"I would rate Unit 9234 as average. The first impression was the front...rusty and patches of white paint to coverup door which likely needs to be completely painted. Dishwasher wasn't working. Base boards and floors could be do with some TLC. The Washer and Dryer was very useful for our week's stay.

Overall average property but excellent location to the beach.

"We stayed for 3nights, 4days. Location was very good. 2, 3 minutes from beach and there are several good restaurants near by. Room was very clean. Only one thing I didn't like was the bathroom sink was in front of Bunk bed and have to pass the bunk bed to go use bathroom .

"This was not our first trip to Destin but it was our first time staying at Sandpiper Cove. The condo we chose 9234 was very nice, clean, and overlooking the pool. The staff at Sandpiper Cove were very friendly and knowledgeable. We stayed for a week with our dogs and children. The short walk to the beach was very convenient and the pools were well kept and clean. We brought our boat as well and it was nice to be able to have it a short walk from our condo.
The resort is in a great location, walkable eateries and shops, and only a short boat or car ride to other venues.
We will definitely be back!

"This is second year we stayed at 9234 and we love it. However this year the washer and dryer wasn’t working properly. The washer runit some of our clothes because when on the cold setting it was HOT. Every setting was HOT. There was no cold. The dryer would not stay closed. It would pop open every couple minutes. The dish washer didn’t work properly either. It didn’t clean or dry the dishes. Other than those issues we love the location and sandpiper cove. It seemed to be over priced however when talking with others.

"Beach Walk 9234 was just that, a short walk across the street to the beach. The unit was clean and nicely furnished with what looked like new furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed including a washer and dryer. The whole complex had lots of grassy areas for our Yorkie and waste disposal stations throughout. We loved being able to walk to Louisiana Lagniappe for an appetizer or dinner and taking the water taxi over to Harbor Walk was fun and sure beat trying to drive anywhere on 98. Check-in staff was friendly and helpful.
