Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-outs may be available upon request; however, any departure after 10:00 AM will incur a fee of $25 per hour, based on availability.
All condos have fully equipped kitchens with basic cookware, high-speed wireless internet, and TVs.
We also provide all linens, including bath and kitchen towels.
For short-term rental guests, we offer a complimentary daily linen exchange for fresh sheets, bath towels, and kitchen towels.d kitchen towels.
Smoking is not permitted inside the condos. However, smoking is allowed on the balconies.
Please ensure that all doors remain closed while smoking, as smoke can enter the unit and may result in an additional cleaning charge.
All guests planning to occupy a unit must be twenty five (25) years of age or older.
Sandpiper Cove is a pet-friendly resort in select condominiums.
There is a non-refundable $100 pet fee per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets (cats and dogs) per unit. Pets must not exceed 30 pounds.
Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the unit. Please do not leave pets unattended on patios or balconies, and dispose of all waste in the appropriate containers on the property. Pets are not allowed on the beach or in any of the pools.
Please bring proof of vaccinations and shots for each pet, as this documentation is required prior to check-in.
Each unit allows two (2) vehicles.
Exceptions:
* Three-bedroom units may allow additional vehicles
All check-in information, including your door code, is available on the Guest Portal.
You will need to stop by the Front Gate to pick up your car passes.

Two of the five pools are heated, but only during the winter months.
The Sand Flea is open seven days a week from 9am to Sunset March 1st through October 31st.
No tents or shade structures other than an umbrella are allowed on the beach except for a small shade structure not to exceed 25 square feet (including stakes/tethers) x 4.5 feet high to provide shade for babies and toddlers that are present. The structure must be setup in specific areas and no closer to the water’s edge than the rear of the main chair line designated by the beach service vendor.

Trailer parking is only allowed at condos with covered driveways. Check with the office to see if your condo has a covered driveway.
Fishing is prohibited from the upper unit of any building and any lower unit that is constructed above any dock or pedestrian walkway.

You can complete check-out through your Guest Portal. Before leaving, please:
* Turn off all lights and electronics.
* Set the air conditioning to 75°F.
* Remove all trash and dispose of it in a nearby dumpster.
* Ensure you have all personal belongings, as we are not responsible for lost or missing items.
* Load the dishwasher (do not turn it on).
* Lock the unit when you leave.
