All condos have fully equipped kitchens with basic cookware, high speed wireless internet, TVs, as well as DVD players. We also provide all the linens, bath and kitchen towels. We have a free daily linen exchange that we offer to short term rental guests to exchange sheets, bath and kitchen towels.

All guests planning to occupy a unit must be twenty five (25) years of age or older.
Sandpiper Cove is a pet friendly resort in select condominiums.
There is a non-refundable $100 per pet fee, and a 2-pet (cats and dogs) limit per unit. Pets must not exceed 30 pounds.
Your pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit. Please do not leave your pet unattended on the patios or balconies. Dispose of all waste in the appropriate containers on the property. Pets are not allowed on the beach or any of the pools. Please bring proof of shot and vaccine documentation as this is required before checking in.

The Front Gate will have all your paperwork for checking in, including your door code. The following morning, you will need to stop by the Front Office to complete your check in.

Two of the five pools are heated, but only during the winter months.
The Sand Flea is open seven days a week from 9am to Sunset March 1st through October 31st.
No tents or shade structures other than an umbrella are allowed on the beach except for a small shade structure not to exceed 25 square feet (including stakes/tethers) x 4.5 feet high to provide shade for babies and toddlers that are present. The structure must be setup in specific areas and no closer to the water’s edge than the rear of the main chair line designated by the beach service vendor.

Trailer parking is only allowed at condos with covered driveways. Check with the office to see if your condo has a covered driveway.

Checkout is at 10:00am, you do not have to come by the office. You will be sent a link on your phone the day of your check out and all you must do is click that link and it will notify the office that you are checking out. Or you may notify the office directly to let them know that you have checked out and departed the condo.
