"Location for the property was very close to grocery store, restaurants, Target,... The building for this rental was a short walk to the beach, pickleball courts, and restaurant on property. Putting green was directly behind tho building. Having chairs and umbrella included was a nice extra. The layout of the condo and the bunk beds, sleeper sofa, and king size bed made it very comfortable for our family. I highly recommend and will stay in same condo in the future.

"The Resort is in a great location for stores, shops, restaurants, and across the street to the beach. The condo, resort and beach were very clean. It was also very nice and handy to have a restaurant on sight and a bar/snack bar occeessible on the beach side only to residents. Brandon and his crew were fantastic - always having chairs and umbrella's set up in the morning and ensuring the beach was clean for the guests. This was one of the best we've ever stayed at as the resort all the amenities anyone could want. Thank you for making the condo and resort feel like home and more! Well be returning again!

"We had a nice visit at Sandpiper Cove #9227. Our room was ready early and was very clean. Location was good overall. Short walk to the beautiful beach. Great to have chair / umbrella set that comes with unit. Enjoyed pickleball with new friends. Good security for the complex. One negative was the tub didn’t drain adequately during shower, taking quite awhile to empty.

"Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The water was cool. The temperature highs were in the upper 80's most of the days, making it not oppressive. The walk to the beach was only .25 miles. That was easy. The unit was well furnished with all the required tools and had good amenities, like internet. However, there were a few things that can be improved. 1. The bedroom TV needs to be updated to a smart TV.
2. The stove needs to be replaced to a more modern device. Those old coils do not work very well and one was not functional.
3. The pillows were huge and hard.
4. The cost was 2X what it was before COVID. The fees were around 120 per night. Total cost was about 446 per night. That is ridiculous. 250 per night is more realistic!

"Wonderful location with a private beach. Unit is close to the pool but you don’t hear the noise from it. The beds were comfortable and unit was very clean. Easy check in process and even got to get in early. This is our second year here can’t wait for next year. The AC wasn’t working when we got there but they got a maintenance person ASAP and got it fixed. So thankful it was a easy fix. Worst part of the trip was heading home.

"Loved this condo it was well stocked and clean. Would be nice if the bunk beds were not where the bathroom sinks are to wash your hands and a door for privacy. Sandpiper Cove does a great job in security and keeping the grounds clean. You will love your stay with a short walk to the beach or drive over to park. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella that comes with this unit.

"We visited Florida for the first time and we had the opportunity to stay at Sandpiper Cove. The place was amazing and was kept in great shape. Our walk to the beach was no longer than 3 minutes. I would definitely come back and stay in the same place if possible. I strongly recommend staying here if you want to be close to the beach and to many shopping/eating centers.

"The condo was overall in good condition, however patio doors was very hard to open and needed replaced as well as patio furniture. The patio chairs were torn and several you could not sit in. We didn't get to enjoy the patio like we would have liked due to the chairs. We contacted the property management but was told they would come get them and call the owners but we they did not pick them up. The was the first vacation for us at Destin. We will be back. Beautiful location and weather.

"This is the fifth year we have stayed at this property around July 4 and absolutely love it. My only complaint is the beach service on the private beach regarding chair/umbrella rentals. Chairs come with the umbrellas. This is the first year they have adopted a continuous V shape placement for all rentals, with only the points of the V directly on the water. There is almost no chance your rental location will be right at the water line. I asked the attendant if I could move my umbrella up next to the water and he indicated "all rental umbrellas must stay where they are placed but we could place our chairs anywhere. If you brought your own umbrella and chairs, you could place them wherever open space was available". At that time, I decided not to ever rent any more umbrellas and chairs from Sandpiper.

"I loved the property and condo was great! We had Bad experience when we checked out. My grandson had left some bathing suits in the condo, we returned shortly after we left and the maid was outside the unit and we tried telling her. She made us go to front office, I was told we were not allowed back in and we needed to wait on maid service. This held us up like an hour. The young lady at front office acted if she could care less. To say the least I was not happy with that experience. As far as condo and grounds it was PERFECT!

"We had a wonderful time. We were able to use the pool or the beach everyday. We golfed, shared the library book exchange, and walked inside the resort on a regular basis. The linen exchange was well worth it as it saved significant time. Maintenance responded immediately for light bulb changes need. We enjoyed the location for access to airports, shopping, restaurants and community events. The only thing we would change is getting a bigger unit to share with family and friends.
