"The condo is even prettier in person than the pics. There is a view of the dock and water and a view of the pool. The walk to the beach is easy and not far. This is about our 10th time staying at Sandpiper Cove. We love it here!! Our first time in this condo there; we will try to book this room next time. We loved it!

"Location perfect! Grounds were nice and well kept. The unit we stayed in could use some work. The screen door popped off the track everytime you opened it to go on the deck, we just left tif off until we left, it also had a tear in it. The dryer took FOREVER to dry anything. Over all it was good. Loved the private beach. Pools and hot tubs were nice.

"It was amazing..and beautiful. The condo was very well kept and clean. The property was very nice and the private beach was great to. The only problem we encountered was the internet not listed correctly on the pamphlet we were given, therefore not discoverable. It took 24 to get someone out to fix it.

"It was great being close to the beach. Our rental property was clean and spacious. We had issues with the code when we first got there due to we got the wrong code. Security guard that night when we arrived was not friendly. The back sliding door does not lock. We have stayed before at Sandpiper Cove and will definitely go back again

"We rented this unit very last minute. I was a little worried about the look of the furniture. lol seems dated. It was a completely updated couch and chair! The unit was huge compared to what I had imagined based off of what I seen. Everything was clean and very well maintained. The only thing that bothered me was the AC filter handing been changed in quite some time, ( I had allergies the whole time) seen filter the last day. The drive had a broken shelf and the dryer did NOT dry cloths and the master tub was extremely slow to drain. None of which I was mad about. It was a perfect place. Sandpiper Cove was a great facility!

"The space and location were great. The unit was clean and the staff were helpful. The only issue we had was that the primary bathroom tub did not drain properly. I did report it and they said they would put a work order in. But the issue was not resolved during our stay.

"This was our 2nd condo since we decided to extended our trip. The master suite is good sized along with the master bath. The 2nd bedroom is also good sized along with its bath. Kitchen had everything you needed. My only complaint is th by e dryer didn’t work and probably just needs the lint cleaned out but it took many times for me to get one load of clothes dry, and the sliding glass doors wouldn’t slide very easy. But over all very pleased with this condo!

"We had a great time! We love Sandpiper Cove; we’ve been making trips down for many years. If I could improve one condo related item, I would love to see the sliding glass balcony door replaced, it was old and hard to open/close. The living room furniture has been updated from the floral set in the pictures, very nice! Loved the location in relation to the beach and resort pools, loved the view of the water, and loved that the condo had curtains to help with that early morning sun. Great stay! Plan on coming back next summer for sure!

"This was our second stay at Sandpiper Cove. We loved our 2 bedroom/bathroom Condo. The private beach was only a 3-4 minute walk from our condo. Our condo was ready by 12:00pm which was a great surprise as we wanted to rest an hour or two after being up since 6:00am. We thought it would be late afternoon before it was ready. The staff at checkin was friendly & accommodating. Our condo was so nice. Very clean & spacious with views of the Destin harbor and one of the pools. We enjoyed our stay as much if not more than the 1st time we stayed here. Was very nice being up front on the grounds & closer to the beach this stay. We always felt very secure too. I highly recommend Sandpiper Cove. It’s a lovely place to stay.

"Our family loved the location of this condo. It was located in the perfect location. We just walked right across the road to the beach and it was surrounded by all the places that you may need to visit. Great restaurants nearby. The condo was wonderful. It was spacious and very clean. We loved it and will be returning!

"An enjoyable experience. The beaches in Florida in July are fun but need to be aware of weather conditions. Hot and afternoon T-storms are the norm. Water temperatures are also warm. Water was clear, though.

"The unit was well maintained and equipped. Bathrooms were spacious. View was very nice - could view the pool and the dock from the balcony. The only issue we had was the refrigerator was not cold and we advised management of this. We have a very nice visit and would recommend.

"Everyone had a great time & the condo was awesome. The fridge quit working & the office & maintenance team went above & beyond to take care of us. They brought us ice chest & ice to keep our food cold until they could fix the fridge.

"Condo 9225 needs better m a matresses on all of the beds. Gas in the grill. And give out more bathing towels. And it also needs a larger refrigerator. And the main patio door had issues. But other than that we had an great time.
