Perfectly Located

"This condo is perfectly located; a few steps to the pool/hot tubs and a few steps to the beach. With the security building close by as well, I felt perfectly safe here as an older single woman. The condo has been beautifully maintained and very clean. If the owner is looking at future upgrades, it would be wonderful if the bedrooms had flooring other than carpet. Please never remove the Liveoak tree outside this condo. It so added to my experience of the natural beauty of this destination. I’m back next winter for another 2.5 month stay!

"We have spent three winters in 9202. The owner updates it regularly to make it cosy and comfy. The beds and seating are the most important things to us in a long stay. Having all we need to cook with is. Updated appliances and good taste abound here. Everything is close.

Wonderful place to enjoy Destin

"I have stayed with Sandpiper twice a year for at least the past 10 years. Office and maintenance staff are always helpful and welcoming. Love the location, on the beach, near all the Destin attractions but usually quiet and secluded.

Don't let the golf course fool you -- it's real short, but it's real tricky.

"We had an awesome time living here for the weekend. The location is in reach of everything such as beach, shopping, and eating. There is a rule about loud music after ten I think but other than that it’s an awesome neighborhood.

"This is my 2nd time staying at Sandpiper Cove.Great location, easy access to the beach. Management staff helpful and friendly. Disappointed with this unit. The beds were uncomfortable,soiled/stained furniture,dead plants, rusted patio decor/furniture are "eye sores". Cookware needs updating, Online pictures do not display actuality.I will stay at Sandpiper Cove again however, not this particular unit.

"We always enjoy coming back to SPC ! We have made many friends over the years. There are lots of activities to participate in, and lovely pools and beach to relax a bit. Our furniture cushions are very soft and could use new filling otherwise all was just fine!

"condo is the perfect location, near the beach and off the main street
only problem was the dishwasher didn't work the entire time we were there. we never received any follow up or communication from the front office or maintenance regarding a timing for fixing it. would have given 5 stars if we would have received communication or if the dishwasher had been in working condition

"We enjoy coming to Destin for an extended stay. SPC has been a great "home
away from home" for us. It has a great community feel, and there are many ways one can interact in activities .... or just enjoy the beautiful beach. Accommodations are wonderful, and well maintained. We are planning to return!
