"This was a lovely rental. The only issue we had was the toilet was backed up upon check in but maintenance came straight away and took care of it. Beds were comfortable and everything was nice and clean!

"We stayed at Sandpiper in mid July. Everything was amazing... except the weather!! We go to Destin every year and are use to the rain coming in but it rained the whole week. We were able to make the best of it with the amenities at Sandpiper. Loved it and will definitely stay here again next year. May even end up buying.

"This was our first time in Florida and we loved it the resort was very nice very well kept and our condo was just what they said it was I would definitely come back the only problem we had was our upstairs neighbors let their kids run wild and they really was loud and kept us up which is not sandpipers fault but rather then that it was amazing can’t wait to come back

"We have been vacationing at Sandpiper Cove for 34 years. We have stayed all over the property. Unit 9131 was a very nice unit. It was updated and definitely had that “beach feel”. We had no issues with anything during our stay. My only recommendation would be to add a can opener to the kitchen. Other than that everything else was nicely stocked.

"This condo was exactly as described! There was plenty of room for all of us. The location was perfect, it was great having a view of the pool from our patio. The beach was steps from the front door. There truly wasn’t much more you could ask for. The kids had an excellent time, which of course left us very happy!

"We enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper Cove. The beach was very close and had convenient access. The pool was just a few steps from our patio. I have stayed here before but this was by far a superior location within the gates. The condo is nicely beach themed and made our indoor time enjoyable as well. Everything on hand to cook if you like. Many restaurants nearby to choose from and we tried several. We hope to stay here again.

"The Sandpiper Cove community is beautiful and well maintained. The customer service was excellent as well. Our rental was perfect! It was decorated with a warm beach feel and a great size for 4 guests. It was clean and the office provided everything we needed for a great stay.

"The only problem was the hideabed in the living room. It needs replacing. Otherwise the property was exceptional. We are an eat in group and the kitchen was well stocked. I would rent this unit again. Loved the patio.

"This is our third or fourth time staying in this condo and at least the 15th time staying with Sandpiper. The condo is a great location for us -- not too far to the beach, not too far to the pool, not too far to the golf course, not too far to the grocery, restaurants, and other attractions- kind of in the middle of everything.
Office staff is always helpful and attentive to any problems.

"I love staying at SPC! The grounds are beautiful and well kept. I love the beach including having restrooms, showers and a place to buy food. Some of the units need updating and the overall look of the outside of the buildings are looking run down but the pros make up for all that. Rates are reasonable and you don't have to book for an entire week, which is the main reason I always stay here. It's not a high rise, which is nice. The only issue I have is that 27 days after my stay I have still not received my deposit back - that's a little too long! Overall I do recommend this property.

"We have stayed at Sandpiper many times over the past 10 years. The location and the staff keep us coming back. We enjoy being close to Harborwalk and all of the Destin activities, while still staying in a quiet, gated community right at the beach, and with it's own golf course.
Staff are always friendly and quick to respond to any request, whether it's a burned-out light bulb or a last-minute change to a reservation.
Sandpiper maintains high standards for the condos rented through their office. They also provide linen exchange and other services to their renters.
From what I can tell, Sandpiper is about the best value for the money anywhere in Destin.
Also, check out that golf course. 9 holes, no fees, just walk on and start playing. Don't get too confident. It's tricky, really tricky.

"Love to stay at Sandpiper. This was my 7th stay. It's close to everything we like, and still fairly quiet and restful. Easy walk to the beach, golf course is a lot more challenging than the length of the holes would suggest. Staff is always helpful. Prices seem very reasonable. We'll be back.

"The condo was a good size, clean, and in a fantastic location. The beach was only three minutes walk away, and the pool just a stones throw from the patio. There was a good sized area of grass right outside the back door for our toddler to run around on. The rental of the two beach chairs and umbrella that were included with the unit was much appreciated!

"Unfortunately, the unit upstairs from where I stayed had some maintenance being performed at the same time as my stay. Never could tell what they were doing but for 3-4 mornings, it sounded like a freight train.
