"We love Sandpiper and all the folks that stay in Jan/Feb. The staff is wonderful. Golf course has never looked better! Upgraded pickle ball courts are a wonderful addition. We loved our unit and the staff & owners were very attentive if we had any questions or concerns. Can’t wait to come back!

"We always stay at SPC. Always a great time. When we arrived at 9130 the floors we dirty, not very clean. Some of the lights in the kitchen did not work. Other than that we had a great time.

"Great place, close to the pool and beach, easy to get in and out by car. The condo is great for a large family. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Everything you need is provided, except for a oven mitt.

"Was in Destin for a baseball tournament and sandpiper cove didn’t disappoint! Everything from the reservation and early check in to the entire stay was easy and accommodating.

"This is the second year we have rented this condo. We couldn't be more pleased. The second bedroom with the bunk beds are a plus for our children. We did have issues with the cable and had no tv until the last day. Owner would not provide any type of refund except for 10% off next year which is a joke. Basically, they hope we will forget by then or we may not even be there next year. Other than that, we couldn't be more pleased. We did have ants creep in and took over our sweets.

"The condo was decorated beautifully. It was spacious. Right across the street from white beaches and blue water. The staff was great, and took care of any concerns we had right away. The only complaint. The main pool that we specifically picked our condo next too was drained at 6:30 in the morning. So, we were woken up 2 mornings in a row by a loud pump just outside our condo. (condo rules: quiet time from 11pm to 8am). And we didn’t have the pool last 3 days of our stay. 2 others on property, a little further with no hot tubs. I would definitely stay there again. I get that things happen, but still a downer.

"Perfect location and so roomy for my family of 7.
The location of this unit is close to the pool and just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for our week's stay. The complex is also very close to restaurants and stores. We are already counting down the days until we can stay here again!

"Last year we stayed in 9230 and loved it. This year, we chose to stay in the one underneath 9130. We liked it just as well if not better. The two bunk beds are ideal for our family. The condo was clean, however the dishwasher was difficult to open and the master bedroom closet door was off the rail. These were not huge inconveniences, however with the price for the condo, I do expect pretty much a perfect condo. I would recommend the condo particularly to those wanting a ground level and within walking distance to the ocean. Dinner at Louisiana Lia is a must while staying at Sand Piper.

"The staff was so friendly and welcoming, from the office to security. The pictures don’t do the condo justice, this condo is very spacious. The pool a quick walk from the back patio and the beach a two minute walk, which was great with a little one in tow. Plenty of stores within a short drive to get anything you forgot. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back.

"Nice stay for the winter. Staff excellent to work (Tyler). Kitchen has everything you needed for your stay. Nice location located steps from the main pool. Pool and grounds kept very nice and clean (pool lady does a very good job on pool and area around pool) If i had a area of concern the refrigator in the unit is a little tired and could use updating. But with that said great stay.

"Have been coming for several years. Sandpiper is a great place to stay. Propery is well keep and condos are nice. Condo 9130 was very pleasent and well equiped. It was located next to the big pool with easy access. Just a FYI the refigrator needs to be updated (small/old) also would have been nice to able to use the pantry/closet to store food (owners had both locked. but over all very pleased.

"On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give this a 5. The towel rack in the master bathroom was broken and fell out of the wall when we tried to remove a towel from it. The dishwasher cabinet was damaged and it was difficult to use the dishwasher. The bunk beds would be okay for kids, but were not adult friendly. They did not have a headboard and were about 18 inches from the wall. The pillows kept falling off the end. There was also nowhere to sit in that bedroom. The bunks where too close together to allow an adult to sit up straight on the bottom one and there was no chair in the room.

"Location was great, loved the water taxi that comes to the dock at the condos. The pool/hot tub was close enough to 9031 to see the kids go back and forth, without being close enough to hear people in it. The unit was very clean and had more amenities than were listed online. The kids Loved the bunk beds. Bathrooms were big and roomy, also private. The patio was large and open. The beach was a short walk, but so beautiful. The condo was painted a relaxing color and I liked the decor. Also had a dishwasher. We loved this condo. The area was very relaxed, but clean.

"The room was very spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The location is great, just right across the street from the beach! Also only about a mile from the awesome Destin Boardwalk. The 9 hole par 3 is short but fun! I will continue staying at this unit at sandpiper cove!

"We've been staying at Sandpiper Cove for several years in different units. This was our favorite and worked best for us with three kids! Updated, very nice outdoor furniture and loved the bunk beds in second bedroom. We went with 4 other families and all were jealous of the bunk beds! We always stay around the pool so kids can swim at night. 5 minute walk to beach and we enjoy Rick's Sand Trap for bathroom and lunch. Only negative about unit was we only had a few eating utensils and a horrible skillet. Kitchen faucet needs to be tightened. Other than those, the kitchen had everything. We'll be booking 9130 for next year!!!
