"This rental location was perfect for all the events we had planned... The space of the unit was very roomy... There was so many kitchen supplies that it made meal prep easy... All the adminities just made my family vacation wonderful...

"Property is as described. Found to be clean and everything in working condition. Unit is a very short (maybe 3 minutes) walk to the boardwalk as the entire property is quite large. Bottom bunk in the guest room can sleep 2 easily. Back of the unit faces the pool. We were very happy with the location and amenities.

"It was a beautiful, colorful place with everything we needed. It was close to the pool in a very convenient location. I loved it and will definitely go back. Close to the beach, we had so much fun. There was a lot of fun things to do. We walked the beach at night and saw crabs, we rode jet skis and took a canoe out on the ocean and seen dolphins. Also dolphin babies. This is definitely a family oriented place and we loved it.

"This condo was very nice and was a short walk to the beach. I did not read the reviews from past renters before I booked, the only problem was the dryer was broke and I did read some reviews and found out that the dryer had been broke for a long time. But the dryer was a minor problem. This condo was clean and very nice, I would rent again because of the location and having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is what caught my eye to rent. Me & My Family have rented from Sandpiper Cove several times and really like coming back.

"The condo was remarkably clean and comfortable. All of the essential cookware was available. The furniture need a little upgrade. I did not like going to the laundromat because the dryer did not work and no one came to fix it during our stay. Although the contract states there are no guarantees of working appliances, which I failed to properly read, I was not expecting to be able to only use the washer. I felt that since I’m on vacation and paid more than enough money to enjoy our visit, that there should have been someone on property to fix the dryer. Because oif COVID, not one guest should have to resort to going to the laundromat. Other than this, the receptionist was highly favorable. The entire community was pleasant. Last thing: I absolutely loved the check out process of clicking on a link to let them know that we’re out (No keys to return ).

Perfect Location for Kiddos

"The overall stay was wonderful. We loved the location! The back door led straight to the main pool which was perfect for my kiddos. I really liked the layout and space. I was extremely frustrated that the dryer didn’t work. There were six of us and having a washer/dryer was an essential to our stay. I called the office to let them know but no one ever showed up to repair the dryer during the length of our stay. The WiFi wouldn’t work despite getting on the phone and “resetting” the router. No one had WiFi during the length of our stay. Other than those inconvenient hiccups, we had a great time. The fridge was spacious and plenty big for a week long stay. The condo offered every imaginable pot, pan or opener you could think of which was nice and convenient.

"We loved everything about the condo!! Plenty space for a 2 bedroom! Loved loved the patio area, easy access to the beach, literally across the street, kitchen had every single utensil needed, we will definitely be staying again!!!!!

"We loved the location, space and bedroom set up. Would stay again. The kitchen is fully stocked with ample dishes and cookware. The pictures on the website do not reflect the current furniture. The only other suggestion would be to repair or replace the sliding door blinds. Several were missing and therefore lacked complete privacy. Carpet has several stains and is worn out in general.
Carpet and the blinds don’t seem to hold up well in any condos.

"Although we thoroughly enjoyed the beach and surrounding activities, we were very disappointed with this unit. The furniture was dated and uncomfortable. The recliner was broken. Dishes and cooking utensils were inadequate. We surely missed our home. We will definitely return to the area but will not stay in this unit.

"Me and my family love coming to Destin and staying at Sandpiper Cove is the best place to stay because it is just steps from the beach, you can take the water taxi across the bay to all the wonderful shops and restaurants. We loved Jackacudas Seafood and Sushi Restaurant. Louisiana Lagniappe Restaurant is just steps from the condo and it is absolutely the best. The condos are always very clean, decorated perfectly to set your mood for the beach, and the staff is always so friendly and eager to help with any question you have. Our family wont stay anywhere else. I highly recommend Sandpiper Cove to anyone interested in a trip to Destin. I promise you will love them and the cost to rent is very affordable.

"We really enjoyed our stay at 9128. The condo was very clean and neat. The location was perfect and the beach was very close. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the people that stayed up stairs was very noisy throughout the day. And the need to up grade that little old ancient t.v in the small bedroom. Other than that everything was perfect.
