"The bed was so soft. I sunk to the middle but slept like a baby. We were there playing softball, so I was thankful for the washer and dryer. Wish the walk to the beach was a little closer, but it could have been worse. Lots of channels and options on the TV. The upstairs neighbor had a water leak, which affected our bathroom, but it wasn't anything that could be helped. It was expensive, so I don't think we will stay again but, we had a good time.

"#9123 didn't disappoint,unit was as advertised online, only drawbacks were not enough cookware for in house meals and floors were not cleaned by housekeeping.The owners have a pleasant place to stay for a much needed vacation,will be making the trip back very soon

"We loved our condo but we both got Covid and cut our stay short. The management was very cooperative when we needed to shorten our 6 week stay to 4 weeks. Only complaint would be the mattress on the king bed and getting out of it.

This condo was in the perfect location. It had all the basic ammenities. The twin bunk beds were a great addition, perfect for our kiddos. There was a lot of extra decor stashed under the beds and closet which made putting the beach toys and things away hard. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and close walk to the beach!

Overall we enjoyed ourselves. The bedroom was beautifully decorated and serene. The pools are nice and thankfully there are enough of them so they aren't crowded. The condo was super clean and I never saw a single bug. There are plenty of blankets. There is even closet space to hang clothes (most places I've stayed only have dressers and the closets are reserved for owners). The pull out couch was comfortable. There were some downsides. The condo is not a one minute walk to the beach. It was more like 3 and you have to cross a road. We had small children so we ended up driving. The patio furniture was awful and not even usable. It was so rusted a leg was missing on the table, and another was taped on with electrical tape. The dining table inside wasn't much better. They definitely need two new dining sets. The mattress in the bedroom had a foam topper which helped, but it folds you like a taco into the middle of the bed. I like my husband,so not too big of a deal. They do however need black out curtains in that bedroom. It's super bright in the morning so no sleeping in. The water pressure was good for showering. They need to put extra trash cans and tras

"Have stayed at Sand Piper Cove for over 20 yrs. While I was booking my reservation, I had asked for beachfront and was told that was available for a few hundred dollars more, so i agreed. However when we got there it wasn`t beachfront and i was across the street. Very disappointed.

"There was a bright light shining through the bedroom window that made it hard to sleep. We rolled to the middle of the bed, which was a bit uncomfortable.

"Great location, just needs a few updates.
The air conditioning unit went out on us while we were there (which the staff was AMAZING about accommodating us for the night with a portable unit), the WiFi signal wasn’t strong enough to use Netflix on the living room TV, the unit needs sprayed for bugs (cockroaches were found/seen more than once), there needs to be a hard floor vacuum of some sort to be able to clean up the sand that gets tracked in, the bed in the master needs help (squeaky and the rollers stick out so you stub your toes on them), the dryer took forever to dry (one load all day, restarting it over and over again to get clothes dry).
We still had a great stay and will be back again. Just would have been extra nice if these things wouldn’t have had to be dealt with while on vacation.

"I've stayed at Sandpiper Cove ~ a dozen times and this wasn't my favorite stay. The unit is as described but upon arrival our AC wasn't functioning and the wifi/TV weren't connecting. Because this was a girls trip, the wifi and TV weren't a huge issue but by day 3 we had to report the AC because the unit got so hot. Maintenance fixed it immediately (bonus). The unit is convenient to both Louisiana Lagniappe and the beach as well as the water taxi.

"I stayed in this unit for 7 days for the week of 4th of July. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was wonderful. A few things I would change was that the private beach is very over crowded with rental chairs. Also, the unit is not supplied with necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

We are happy that you enjoyed your stay! Unfortunately the beaches all over the Destin area are very crowded especially during the fourth of July! We do have a linen exchange everyday that is free for you to use. You can exchange your linens and towels for fresh clean ones and you can also get extra toilet paper, dishwasher soap, and extra garbage bags throughout your stay. You should have had this and extras upon your arrival as well. We hope to see you again soon!

The condos should be fully equipped with all of your basic cooking needs, After doing an inventory there were two a stainless steel skillets, one medium and one large. Thank you for letting us know about the blinds, they have since been replaced. If you ever need anything when visiting please feel free to come to the office for any of your needs.

"The property was wonderful and we had such a great time. The only thing that was not enjoyable is the pull out couch. It is extremely uncomfortable and the mattress is not necessarily a mattress anymore. It definitely needs to be replaced. Wonderful time though, Thank you!

"First time at Sandpiper. The only complaint I have is that the unit wasn't totally clean and the exterior furnishings in the back were not up to par. Old chips, hair, etc were still on the floor from previous tennants upon our arrival and the grill on the back patio was not usable at all. I loved the security of the facility as a whole and we did enjoy our stay.

"The place felt like home. We had a whole kitchen to ourselves & had plenty of space to sleep in. The beach was about a 5 minute walk from the condo which was great. The pans to cook were the only issue. The food would stick onto the pan. But, overall I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. My family and I loved it!!

"Loved the condo. Great location within the complex. Nice staff. Only complaints are the sliding back door needs new rollers and the wifi was fine as long as only one person using it. Loved the bed, kitchen, AC! Pools are great.
