"Our vacation rental was very clean, comfortable,and cute! Perfect for six adults. Close to the beach and the pools! Would rent again. The only downfall was; For six adults we were only allowed 4 bath towels at a time. That was a little inconvenient when we were all trying to clean up to go out. Otherwise everything was great!

"Professional, easy check-in sets the tone right from the start. Clean, well maintained property just as described. Landscaping could use a slight improvement even though Florida can be a hostile environment at times. The beach and water are beautiful and Rick's Sand Trap beach side Cafe and bar are 1st class. Overall we give our week long stay 4-1/2 of 5 stars and I'm certain our family has found our new yearly vacation spot.

"Our condo was very clean and the location was perfect. I was originally concerned about having to cross a street to access the beach, but the street did not have too much traffic and there is a cross walk. The walk from our condo to the beach wasn’t far. I was concerned about that because I had a member in my group with knee issues, but the walk was reasonable for them. The staff was very friendly and had tons of information on the local area to share with me. There is a water taxi that will pick you up from the harbor area and bring you to anywhere on the harbor for a small fee per person. I loved this, because we didn’t have to deal with driving anywhere to go out to dinner. I had such a great time and can’t wait to go back!

"This is a great unit in a great location, very well equipped, modern, clean and very comfortable (beds and furniture). Sandpiper Cove complex is close to many of Destiny's best attractions. Would recommend without hesitation..

"We rented a very well appointed three bedroom condo. It was close to the beach, had five very nice pools, (two heated) well maintained tennis, and pickle ball courts, and even a small par 3 golf course. All four of our children came at various times in our 10 week stay and all ages had a variety of fun experiences. we were comfortable and safe. The other tenants were universally pleasant. The beaches remain wonderfully white and clean.

"I thoroughly enjoyable today. We did have a few problems stabilizing the Internet service, a few of the lighting and chair fixtures needed minor repair. The three-bedroom condo was very clean and easy to keep clean although if you’re staying for more than a week bring your own cleaning supplies. The other people in the complex were without fail very pleasant. Help was easy to get and also very pleasant. Access to the beach was fantastic. The pools are clean and a hot tubs were very comfortable.

"The stay was absolutely what we needed. It was very clean, fully stocked and in a great location. BTW thanks for having a keurig. All of my family members enjoyed it. Very comfortable and cozy. A home away from home. I asked all of my family how was the stay and they ALL have nothing but good things to say. I'd rent again. The one and only thing I would change is add blinds in the master bedroom. There was a little too much light coming in when I wanted to sleep late.

"This unit was in great shape, no carpet is always a bonus to me. It was also a short walk to the beach which was helpful since we had little kids. Note-it did not include the grill which was pictured, but wasn't listed in the description. Would rent this unit again.

"We enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper Cove! There was plenty of room in the condo and everything we needed was there. This condo is located near the front which makes it a short walk to the beach. The staff was helpful and friendly.

"This is a nice unit. It is easy access to the Beach - walking is easy or get a golf cart it's a short 20 second drive with chairs & coolers etc. I will say the Washer & Dryer in unit were very loud - They need some maintenance, but the rooms were nice and we slept 4 comfortably. Small 9 hole chip & putt nothing special but for what it was in a resort it was fun to do as an activity at your leisure. We had a small group so it was easy to golf cart around to each other. I recommend this unit and we booked last minute.

"Our winter getaway was perfect again this year. The location and the amenities are wonderful. Really like those hot tubs on the cool January days, even the pool is warm enough to swim in. The condo is very comfortable. Thank you for the screens on the living room and bedrooms sliders.

"We had the best time ever .My daughters,son in law and grand children. They cant wait to come back next year If I had a complaint it was with the linen exchange people. We are a family of 10 and every time we ate or went to the store we had trash and all they would give us was 2 bags. Next time we will just bring our own.The young man and the older lady both acted as if they didn't like their job,or maybe they were having a bad day. But,our overall experience was great,from the guards at the gate ,to the checking in personnel. We will definitely be back

"We had a great time in Destin this season, and this unit was perfect for us.
Very well stocked, super comfy beds, and the owners were great to work with. Loved the location, close to the pool and a short walk to the beach.
One suggestion would be to add sliding screens to the living and bedroom sliding windows. Would have been great to be able to leave them open.

"Excellent vacation experience. The description and depiction of the property on line was accurate and the unit was clean, very well equipped and well-maintained. The service provided through the rental office was superb! The amenities at Sandpiper Cove are wonderful including a pitch and putt golf course, pickle Ball, darts, exercise classes, etc. The people are all very nice and welcoming. Great location - Close to good shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend Sandpiper Cove!

"Our extended family of 8 people were very comfortable in our rental. The condo was just as we expected by the description and the short walk to the beach/pool/tennis courts was perfect! The Destin area has much to offer for food and entertainment. We loved Chick Filet...we are from Michigan and do not have them here yet. We ordered party platters with short notice and they were fabulous.

"Overall the stay was good.
The condo floor was very dirty. Our feet stayed dirty when we walked around bare foot.
King bed linens are old and rough.
Maintenance man came to condo early one morning with cable company without any prior notification. Cable guy was in our condo for 30 minutes.
