Located near one of our five pools with three hot tubs on our forty- three acre resort. Enjoy the emerald green waters and sugary white sands of our 1100 Feet of private beach! Play a free round of golf on our nine hole par three golf course, if you enjoy tennis we have six tennis courts and eight pickleball courts. Watch the sunset from the harbor and enjoy dinner at Louisiana Lagniappe located on the property!
*Complimentary access to Sandpiper Cove’s five sparkling swimming pools and three hot tubs located conveniently throughout the property along with charcoal grills, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts and a pitch and putt 9-hole golf course. Two of our pools are heated for your comfort during the winter months. On-premises food, The Sand Flea (beachside Tiki-Bar open March-October) and Louisiana Lagniappe (upscale seafood waterfront dining with a Creole flair, with casual attire permitted.)

"We love Destin and Sandpiper Cove. We have stayed in 9120 before. I was pretty disappointed this year. The floors were dirty and it needs some repairs. The washing machine was broke and dishwasher did not clean dishes...9120 needs some TLC

"I was satisfied with the stay and the location but wasn’t satisfied with these condos are very out dated. The master bathroom shower drain was clogged water don’t drain properly which is gross blankets had tons of animal hair. Comforters Was dirty and stained socks was left from the guest before so the cleaners isn’t doing a great job at cleaning. The owner needs to tighten up the place. I been staying at sandpiper for years now an I must say they are not like when I first came to the property. Sliding doors don’t lock toilets really don’t flush right & wifi sucks.

"Overall, our stay was a great vacation. Even though the master bath’s tub did not drain (water always at your ankle) and the dishwasher didn’t wash the dishes clean.
9120 was a perfect spot in the compound!

"We arrived about 1:30, 2.5 hours before check-in time. Our unit was ready, and the office staff was friendly and efficient. The unit was clean upon arrival, however the unit WiFi was inoperable. Fortunately, having and IT background, I was able to locate the router and modem, which were unplugged and disconnected, and make them operable. Appliances were in good working order. Door to guestroom bath was awkward and should be remounted to open "out" instead of "in". Toilet in master bath needs attention, not flushing and overflowing. Furniture in living room was comfortable and clean. Mattress in MBR was comfortable. Unit was nicely decorated.

"Not the best as our dishwasher never worked after numerous calls to the office to have it fixed. The rooms were very dirty and the furniture and carpet were aged and need replacing. The nerve to start double and triple charging for this old 60+ condo is highway robbery.

"We were very disappointed with our condo rental this year and when I went to talk about next year only to find out that there would be a significant price raise We said Forget It, time to Move On The dish washer never worked after many request to have it fixed. The condo was very dirty and all of the base boards need to be re-done, the bathrooms were very dated, too may crickets visiting, on and on.

"Good location. Love sandpiper cove. Unit nice layout but needs updates. Entry rug falling apart and a trip hazard. Kitchen baking pans and cooking utensils need updating. Bathroom cabinets rotting at floor. Patio floor dirty. We had a very good time. Just informing you that this unit could be nicer with needed updates.

"our condo was clean and convenient to the beach, we really enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was that we had to use the sofa bed which unfortunately was not at all comfortable. I suggest a new sleeper mattress. Otherwise it was wonderful!

"We stayed in #9120. It was a block from the beach which we walked to every day. It’s also just a few blocks from Target. We went there to stock up on food. It was super clean and great place for our family! I highly recommend.

"The perfect place for a family getaway. The pool was amazing and it saved our vacation because the winds were so strong at the beach we cannot swim there. The staff is always super nice and helpful. And our pets loved it too

"Condo was conveniently located right across the street from the beach only a few minutes walk. Was also very close to the pool and restaurant. Property was clean and comfortably decorated for a beach theme. Has 2 private rooms with their own bathrooms. The guest room has a bunk bed and a separate full size bed. Great for family with kids or two couples. Right in the center of Destin with grocery store across the street and plenty of restaurants and attractions near by. Would highly recommend

"It was nice to find a rental that allowed a pet. Being on the bottom floor with grass just off the patio was so puppy friendly. The condo was clean and comfortable. The condo staff was super friendly.

"Clean, quiet ground floor condo close to on-site restaurant and the private beach walk. King sized bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. Kitchen supplied what we needed. Sandpiper Cove is central to everything and very dog-friendly. We would rent again.

"We enjoyed staying in room 9120. It's a nice room. The bunk bed was a surprise. My granddaughter loved it and now wants a bunk bed in her room. The location is quiet which was fine with us.

"We were very pleased with our stay at this condo. The location cannot be beaten. It's in a gated community that's a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Destin. It's also right off one of the main strips so it's very close to many great shopping and eating locations.
The community was very quiet and nice for walking our dog around. There was also plenty of parking for our two vehicles.
The condo was clean enough for us. It showed some signs of wear and some signs of sand being dragged in - all very understandable for where the condo is location. It was not a problem for us.
It also has a wonderful back patio with chairs too.
The only issue we had was that we did not get the included beach umbrella that was listed as being included. We got to the beach and they told us the fee hadn't been paid for by the owner. It was not a big deal as the umbrellas were priced very low, but we had just been expecting to have that included.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay at this condo and loved that we got to bring our dog. Unfortunately, there aren't any pet friendly beaches in the area to take our dog to as well!

"Great week. Only concern was the cleanliness of the condo. The floor was extremely dirty. We have a one year old and within 30 minutes of being there the first afternoon, the bottom of his feet had turned completely black from all the dirt and grime left on the floor. There was also some issues with the cleanliness of the toilets.

"Clean, spacious, comfortable. Beach service was great, a plus over other units offered. The grounds and people at Sandpiper are great and responsive. The beach area is clean. The walk to the beach is short. Planning on reserving this unit again. Location is close to all activities, restaurants, and shopping.

"We had a very good vacation. Condo was nice and liked the beach set up.The condo could of been cleaned much better then it was. We had our 1year old granddaughter with us who is crawling the top of her feet and knees and hands were black in 10 minutes. Gross! Found a mop and bucket in closet and mopped the floor. Being a custodian this was the last thing I wanted to do on my vacation. There was hair and bottom on toilet was dirty. The tv went out twice and had to have them come fix. Think I should get back my money for clean for having to clean for the people that used it before me. But besides the cleaning issue the condo was great location great and we had fun. I would recommend this condo to others but get different people to clean it. That was my only big complaint.

"My family and I have been coming to Destin for a few yrs now and have used Sandpiper Cove as our "home away from home" each year! The condos are up to date, clean and comfortable with beach access right across the street! Some of the units are pet friendly if you decide to bring your fur baby. Unit 9120 was one of our favorites!

"We rented the condo for our first blended spring break family vacation. This was my fiance'and his sons first time seeing the beach. My daughters and I go to the beach in California often but this was also all of our first times in Florida as well as our first family vacation. Everything was so wonderful (minus the unsual chilly weather). When we arrived the office had closed but they left our key at the security booth. We decided to grab dinner for the night. Every restaurant you could think of was literally right down the street. Walmart and Target were less than 5 mins away as well. The next day we went to check in at the office. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided local coupons and maps for our use. The beach was literally right across the street with a great little snack shack where we ate lunch that day. The FREE beach chair set up was very much needed because we went to the beach EVERY DAY we were there.
Our rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Extra blankets were available in closets. Pool toys and beach toys were available as well. We really felt at home
Nobody wanted to leave. The location and condition of the condo definitely helped us enjoy our trip. We will definitely be going back (in the summer next time)and using the same condo when we do.
