"Condo was very nice. the freezer was the only thing not working right. Bought a bag of ice and it became just a mass block of ice. Everything else was just great and would stay in same condo again.

"We were very pleased with the entire experience! The check-in was easy, the home was beautiful, the beach access was great, close to all the fun of Destin, the pools were huge and well maintained, and check-out simplicity was awesome! "Like always it’s a pleasure to stay at sand piper.i have stayed there countless amounts of times and like every time it’s a beautiful time for me and my family.between the salt water canel,stunning beach view,hot tubs,pools,gulfing,tennis court,fishing,restaurant and the lovely you g ladies in the office there is no need for me and my family to stay anywhere else in Destin.not to mention the condo has everything like it’s your own home.thank you guys for some of the best times in my back and very chilled place. This place is literally walking distance to grocery shopping,restaurants and recreational fun.guaranteed fun.

"Always prefer staying in 9105. Location is great and it’s always comfortable and clean. Although our weather was cloudy and rainy during this stay I could honestly see where keeping the thermostat at 75 degrees on hot sunny days might be an issue. Regardless we enjoyed our trip and stay in 9105 as always. Love Sandpiper, Destin and condo 9105.

"The overall stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Management wasn’t involved in our stay. Renewing policy for the following year could be improved.
The condo description was somewhat deceiving. . Accommodating a family would be tough. The condo was clean, but needed updating such as windows & a patio screen door. The bunk beds situated in the bathroom was not appealing and the toilet/shower area cramped. Little closet room along with only one dresser for clothes. We wouldn’t return to this particular condo.

"My rental was clean, well kept, fresh. Sliding window needed to be cleaned.The place itself looked faded and run down. I’m seeing rusty doors fascia missing and construction going on. We couldn’t see out of all the windows.

Sandpiper Cove never disappoints

"Husband and I celebrated our 30 year wedding anniversary and as always our condo and stay was amazing. Clean, well maintained and home inspired atmosphere made our stay perfect. When booking we always attempt to get this condo if available but have stayed in others in the past that have been equally nice.

"Going to the beach in January might seem a bit strange, and it was quite different from all the times we've stayed at Sandpiper in July. But we thoroughly enjoyed it! Our unit was wonderful - very well appointed - and our one request for service was answered almost immediately by a very cordial service person. We also appreciated the lighter traffic in the area and never having to look for a parking place! We've always loved Sandpiper, and this visit was no exception!

4th of July stay

"I love sandpiper cove its location is perfect. I like that's it's not a huge high rise and my friends and family and I always go for 4 the of July. The only thing I had a problem with was parking. I wasn't aware that only two cars per condo were allowed I wasn't even told when checking in. I have come for years and never had a this issue. I had 6 to my condo we rode in two cars with luggage and groceries my 6th guest couldn't come until later that night. Well upon calling her in to the gate I was told that her car would be a problem the lady at the gate gave me a hard time and suggested my guest park at targets parking lot. I understand that parking is an issue by having to many cars had I known I would've figured something else out on the cars. Just keep in mind to know the amount of cars that are allowed to your condo:)
