"Our unit was very ckean and beautifully decorated with a beach theme. We loved the big bathtub and shower. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. The porch was perfect for breakfast and overlooked the pool. Bed was very comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach.

"Love the decor and all was clean! The only problem was trying to figure out HOW to watch TV!? All the condos and working the remote(s) NEED an instruction sheet with the condo! This is important to most men!Note:there are lots of stairs to climb!

"We really enjoyed staying at this studio in sandpiper. We had everything we needed in the room and the bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and located right by one of the many pools. A short walk or drive across the street to the beach.

"The location is perfect! This was my second time at Sandpipe Cove and it was a great week. The unit was clean and had the necessary equipment to have a good stay for a few days. The only drawback is the condominium entrance that requires some work. That accumulates water does not look and smell nice.

"Joellen was very very with a couple of issues we had. Nice person. However ,no one call us to let us know that the bug spray guy was coming. We were not there when he entered our unit and we had personnel items out. The girl we talked to about this was like sorry but they come every Friday, we were not pleased with her response at all. And we were not happy someone had been in our unit without us knowing

"Our stay was amazing. The studio was perfect and the a\c was amazing!!!! Just a short walk to the beach and the pool is right outside your window. Easy check in and check out procedures. The only issue we had was both of the beds frames were broken when we got there. The main bed a wheel was off and the trundle the slats were broken. We didn't have anyone sleeping on the trundle so it was ok.

"First let me say, I love staying at Sandpiper Cove! The location is super convenient and I love the beach access and easy walk! It is a great place that is well cleaned and managed. The studio was exactly as described. We had a plumbing issue while we were there which we were told was due to a lack of pipe upgrade. That is why I can say how great the maintenance staff is, as they were quick to come and help, super kind, and management did everything they could to fix the situation. I really appreciated their attentiveness as of course things happens that you can't control, but this could have but didn't ruin our stay. Thanks to the staff at Sandpiper Cove, and we look forward to another trip here next year, just will pick a different studio!

"Across the street from the most beautiful beach. Great property. Lots of activities and 3 pools, tennis, 9 hole gold course. We'll maintained and had security. The staff was very friendly. Everthing you need in a vacation spot. We will come again and stay at same property.

"We stayed for 3 nights. This was our second time staying at Sandpiper Cove. Condo was very clean and had plenty of room. The queen bed was softer than I we are comfortable sleeping in so I stayed on trundle bed last two nights. Other than that everything was great. We had all our meals in the condo and the nonstick griddle and frying pan were super easy to clean. The beach was a short walk but we took the car since we brought the chairs from the condo. We will be back again next year.

"Easy, safe, clean and accommodating!! I love Sandpiper Cove. We’ve stayed there many times over the years. I have never had any issues! Our condo was exactly what we needed. The beach theme was everywhere..loved it!!! Perfect for me and my two 16 year old girls!!! The main thing this time was NOT worrying about my granddaughter and her friend going to the pool or private beach without me. The weather was absolutely perfect. We ate at Louisiana Lagniappe twice..wonderful as usual. Come stay here!!!

"My family of 3 stayed in this condo for 6 nights. Overall, it was very nice. It was clean, the beds were comfortable enough. The main bed had AC blowing directly on where the pillows go so I ended up switching them to the foot of the bed so that the cold air was not blowing directly on my face when I tried to sleep. It was in a great location. Front of the resort, close to the beach walking path and directly next to a pool which was awesome. One complaint we had was that the kitchen didn't have any of the basics you would need such as salt and pepper, paper towels or coffee filters. The fact that we had to buy those things for our 6 day stay was a bit much, we are already buying groceries...those items should be provided in the rental. The Wifi wasn't consistent. There were beach chairs in the condo we were able to use which was a bonus. The beach was packed. Please note, people set up their chairs and umbrellas (closed) probably at 5 or 6 a.m. to claim their spots and leave them there until they show up that day...we arrived on the beach at 9:00 a.m. on 4th of July to the entire beach front covered in empty chairs and umbrellas blocking any access to the ocean. It was disappointing to say the least. If you are going to claim a spot, you should arrive early to use it. Some people didn't show up until noon or after while their stuff sat unused but "claiming" their area directly in front of the water. You can only use umbrellas, no tent like structures that block the view are allowed. The walkway to the beach gets extremely hot, do not attempt to walk on it barefoot or you will burn your feet! This is a great resort with wonderful amenities and an awesome location. We would definitely stay here again. We had a very enjoyable stay.

"I loved Sandpiper Cove as a whole. The condo had pretty much everything you would need. I do wish they would put some basic cleaning supplies such as Windex tub and sink cleaner. Vacuum needs attachments. It was not as clean as I like but management was willing to send someone over to take care of but u had already cleaned. I would definitely recommend the place.

"Overall amazing experience. The condo was perfect for my little family of four. Our children are three and one so we never felt crowded. We had a pull right behind us that our balcony looked over. The condo was very clean and well decorated. All of the staff we’re very nice. Whoever stayed below us did complain that our kids were running all night which was not true. I tried to keep them from running but they are little. Other than that it was a great experience. Short walk to the beach. You can’t beat the price! We’d stay again.

"The condo was very nice and decorated very cute and beachy. We loved staying there and it fit my family of 4 nicely. We did however have a light out that we asked to get fixed at the beginning of our stay, and nobody came by to fix it the whole week. That would have to be my only complaint.

"Perfect for what we needed. First time stay on that side of property.
We made this reservation for one night 1 week ahead of our arrival to add to our week stay on ocean side but when we arrived the reservation personnel failed to book us. Luckily the unit was available but this could have been a disaster. That person even promised us she would ask the cleaning crew to clean that room first in order to have it ready upon our arrival which, of course, did not happen.

"This vacation started out a little rocky, but the staff was very understanding and flexible to our needs. After arriving we had some issues and it was fixed immediately! While this condo is tight quarters, it was perfect for a little getaway. We were on the beach most of the time and only in the condo during the evening. Definitely fits four snuggly, but I would highly recommend to anyone. Quick walk to the beach! We loved our stay!

"The condo was nicely decorated and cozy. The beach is walking distance. The only issue was the bed. It was uncomfortable. Orr backs were hurting from it. The mattress seriously needs to be replaced. Hoping the mattress will be replaced as I would love to stay there again.

"We absolutely loved the location of this unit! Pool is right off the deck, close to the front of the complex so walking to the beach isn't a problem. The unit was very clean and nicely appointed. My only comment is the air vent over the bed blows directly on you when it kicks on thus making it comfortable when on, but hot when not blowing. The other issue is the mattress seems like it could use replacing...both my wife and I seemed to sink to the middle and bottom of the bed.

"My wife and I, plus our 9yr and2yr old girls stayed for 4 nights. Plenty of room in condo, girls slept on sofa that turns into a bed. Being all in one room gave us plenty of time to bond together. Room was decorated very nice, balcony overlooking pool, room was very close to beach roughly 3 min walk. Gated community feel. Beach was very clean and had a bar and food gazebo with good prices. We very much enjoyed our time and can't wait to go back

"We had a great time at Sandpiper Cove. We loved it so much that we have considered buying a condo in the future (our idea--we were never approached during our stay to purchase anything). The beach is literally steps away from the complex. The complex is gated and also has its own gated beach parking if you want to drive your vehicle to the beach. We were happy that our unit offered a towel exchange. We have stayed places before where that wasn't an option. Toilet paper, dish soap and trash bags were also replenished for free-again not always an option when you rent a condo other places. The only thing we would have changed about our stay was the size of the condo we rented. We rented a studio for 2 adults and 2 kids knowing it would be pretty tight. It was still comfortable but next time we will choose a bigger condo.

"I loved the way this studio was decorated! Attention to detail! It was sooooo cute, clean, and perfect for a couple getaway! Every detail is what we would need was considered--even chairs for the beach and boogie boards. I'd go again in a heartbeat! Loved the garden tub with shower and all the neat upgrades!

"Myself and two friends actually stayed pretty comfortably in this studio condo. The full size bed was quality and they had extra mattress pads to double up for the futon. Without these the futon would not have been comfortable at all. It's located right next to a pool which is definitely convenient and this unit is also walking distance to the beach access, though we drove every time since we had coolers and chairs to carry. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs in the condo for use, since I think it's like $30 a day to rent them on the beach. Staff was helpful, room and bathroom were clean. Overall I was happy with the stay and the price.

"We were more than happy with our room at the Sandpiper. We had (3) people total, myself, my wife, and our little girl and it was more than enough room with all the amenities needed!Beach is a very very short walk (easily less than 5 minutes total) and everything was very clean. Great time and will rent there again next time! Would recommend to anybody.

"This was my first time at Sandpiper and overall it was a great place to spend time with family and friends in Destin. The only complaint I had was the pool beside our condo had a maintence issue, the pool light game out of the socket. Well , the pool was closed out entire stay which meant we had to drive to get to a pool!! I called several times and everytime was "it will be fixed tomorrow". My husband who works with electrical said all they had to do was disconnect the power to the light and everything would be fine! Unfortunately we didn't get to use that pool our whole stay!! But other than that everything else was perfect!!

"Great vacation experience, after searching for a pet friendly hotel and coming up short we reluctantly looked into condo's. This was my first condo renting experience and when I found this unit online and checked the price I thought there may be a catch, but was pleasantly surprised to find the unit just as shown and the staff to be perfect to work with.
