"Very nice condo, perfect space for 2 people. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen had the essentials we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. Liked the short walk to the beach, would rent again the next time we come to Destin.

"Lovely vacation. The condo was clean. It wasn't exactly decorated as advertised. I think there was some new furniture, which isn't a bad thing. I didn't realize until the week before it was on the second floor. Stairs and I don't get along well. It all worked out I was just always the last one up the stairs at a very slow pace��. I hope there is someone we can talk to next year that can help us find the exact condo we are looking for.

"Sandpiper Cove is in a very convenient location to shops, restaurants and the beach. Our condo is a studio and it was perfect for my husband and I to stay comfortably. It was very clean and we were both very pleased with our stay. The restaurant in the complex, Louisiana Lagniappe, was delicious with a gorgeous sunset view! We highly recommend Sandpiper Cove and we will definitely return! We met so many other people that come back year after year!

"Very nice get away spot for just my wife and I. Simple check in and check out, and everything in between. This place is a smooth operation. We felt very safe and secure within the walls. The room worked perfectly for the two of us. It was also clean and the bed and pillows were surprisingly really comfortable. The only complaint I can think of was the septic smell that lingered around our building strongly 24 hours a day

"The unit was execptional in every aspect: great location in the complex, the unit was completely stocked with every appliance and utensil I needed. It was well furnished. I didn't use it but the Host even has a beach chair available for use. Sandpiper Cove is an older, but VERY WELL kept complex with a lot of amenities: I played golf on their par 3, 9 hole course, enjoyed the hot tubs. I was there in February so couldn't enjoy their private beach to the fullest, but I can imagine in the summer it would be fantastic. I did enjoy watching sunrise and sunset on the private beach. I didn't eat at the on premises seafood restaurant, but all of the locals raved about it. The location couldn't have been better: very close to restaurants, stores.

"Everything was great except the thermostat was set at 73 and we couldn’t change it so it did get hot at night. Great location and beach access....the pool was only a minute walk.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Condo #8206. The pictures of the property is exactly what you will find. Every amenity we needed and more were included and the property was well- maintained and spotlessly clean. Perfect location, too, as it's directly across the street from the private beach entrance. The whole Sandpiper Cove property is also well-maintained, family-oriented and quiet at night. We were so impressed, we highly considered buying the condo below us that was for sale. We would absolutely recommend this condo and the gated community to anyone looking for a great place to stay. It's also located in an area where there are no shortage of restaurants and things to do; however, it's set back from the street so you aren't bothered by the noise or traffic. Overall, a top-notch place!

"Overall, our stay was good. The person at check in could have been more friendly and helpful. Our air conditioner was not working and maintenance had gone home, so the person at the front gate came to help us. He took care of our problem and even called later to make sure everything was ok.

"We were pleased with the location of our unit. It was small but adequate. We had used the unit as a extra unit for visiting family. We were disappointed in the sofa as it was almost unusable because of the shape of the mattress and springs. The staff were very responsive to our concerns over the heating system.

"We love this particular room and try to get it every year. Over all we really enjoyed our stay. The only problem was the sofa sleeper was in very bad condition and our daughter had to sleep on it. The metal parts are worn out as well as the mattress.

"I absolutely LOVED #8206! It couldn't have been more perfect (unless it came with beach service :). It was beautifully decorated, the perfect size for just one or two people and fantastic access to the beach. I loved the location and I loved the Sandpiper Cove condos in general. I have stayed multiple places in all of times coming to Destin but I believe I have now found the perfect location! Thank you!!

"WOW, what a great time we had, the rental and property grounds were safe, convenient, and all so easy to get use to. The condo was in great shape and exactly as described in literature. Access to the beach was quick and easy. The white sand that does not get hot from the sun was very appealing as we love the beach. The pools and amenities were clean and within easy reach. If we had the time and money we would visit more often.

"As a former resident of FWB I frequently go down to the Emerald Coast for vacation. Took my girlfriend this time. She is a frequent cruiser (4-5 annually). She stated this was her BEST vacation EVER! (At the age of 52, who would have guessed!) I have never stayed at the Sandpiper Cove before. I decided due to location. Wow! priced right, great location and this Unit is actually one of the closest to the beach and pool was a stone throw away. Make a decision and make it happen! Great stay and will go again, and again, and again!

"Everythign was great except the sofa bed was broken, I out in a work order and they said they fixed it but it really was not fixed. the bed needed additional springs to hold the mattress up. My 13 yr old son had to sleep with us and/or sofa.

"Had what could have been an undesirable vacation experience due to a condo rental scam artist. I had booked online with what turned out to be a scam artist. I found out upon arrival at the property. The staff were extremely accommodating to my situation and booked me in a comparable priced condo and fortunately, my bank refunded the money. God is good.

"Place was pretty awesome. Everything was real nice and pretty updated. It was just 2 of us and it was just right. Sandpiper is a pretty huge community of condos. This one was actually one of the closest to the beach because it's in the front of the complex. About a 5 minute walk before your feet touch the sand. We'd definitely stay here again.
