Two of our pools are heated for your comfort during the winter months. On premises food – The Sand Flea Bar and Grill (beachside Tiki-Bar open March-October) and Louisiana Lagniappe (upscale seafood, waterfront dining with a Creole flair, with casual attire permitted). For your convenience, just a phone call away, and for a small fee, call for a water taxi that can take you to and from Destin’s famous Harbor Boardwalk.

"Our studio was perfect for my husband and me. It was well furnished with everything we needed during our visit. Located just across the street from the beach and included the beach chair service. Very neat and clean. We will rent it again if available on a return visit.

"We absolutely loved staying at Sand between my toes---8111. Beach chairs included, nice location, liked the set up and shelves by the bed to keep everything handy. Also, had golf clubs to use! Perfect! We will choose this condo again in the future.

"Everything was just as advertised. My 2 kids (12,15) and I loved the accomodations. Just a 3 minute walk to the beach and a pool and laundry unit right off of the back patio. Beds were nice and good water pressure in the shower/bath. They offered free beach rental service as well which was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

"Cozy studio served our needs well. Everything worked as it should. Swimming pool right out back door. Short walk to beach. Owner provided beach service. Pickle ball courts were nice. Played 9 short holes of pitch and putt. Only disappointment was no kitchen staples like salt, pepper, sugar or paper towels. Expected something to be provided. Overall good value. Would stay here again.

"The property’s location was excellent. One of the pools was right outside our door and the beach was a two minute walk. The unit itself was clean and meet our needs, although the property has a “dampness” issue. The location was convenient to restaurants, groceries and entertainment. Overall a great stay!

"Location was very short walk to the beach. My husband and I stayed here with my two toddlers and the walk was super easy for the kids. The house had all that we needed. Laundry was just off the back porch ($2/load) and the pool was right there too. We barely needed our car! The murphy bed was comfortable, but seemed a little slanted to the head side. Linen exchange was a nice service for the almost week stay we had. Beach was nice. Beware - the chair service got front row positions for the length of our stay so you couldn't really sit close to the water. We did sit right behind them and had to walk through them which was awkward since they were closely placed. Only other complaint is that the pool gets crowded quick. Very family friendly place to stay.

"I love Sandpiper. The complex in it's entirety is a true home away from home. My husband and I have stayed at different locations throughout Sandpiper for the past 4 years. This particular location stood out for the epic balcony. We ate outside every day. They had a stereo, so it was nice to just sit on that balcony and relax. That was the best! The bed was comfortable. The decor was fantastic. This condo was my favorite as far as decor.The kitchen was well stocked, so you could be prepared for anything. The BAD: The refrigerator is LOUD. It would wake my husband and I up at night. All is quiet, and then the refrigerator would turn on and it was all over for the quiet. The second thing is the toilet. It would take about 10 minutes of running to fill. The first day we thought it was broken it ran so long. So, A- condo, could be an A+ with a new refrigerator and toilet.
