*Book this unique studio on the 1st floor with only about a minute walk to the beach! A well-stocked kitchen and a linen service on site. It is near one of the closest pools and laundry facilities. Complimentary access to Sandpiper Cove’s five sparkling swimming pools and three hot tubs located conveniently throughout the property along with charcoal grills, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, and a pitch and putt 9-hole golf course. Two of our pools are heated for your comfort during the winter months. On-premises food, Rick’s Sand Trap Bar & Grill (beachside Tiki Bar open March-October) and Louisiana Lagniappe (upscale seafood waterfront dining with a Creole flair, with casual attire permitted.)

"Amazing studio apartment! Honestly this place was fully stocked, except coffee, buy that and coffee filters. My daughter and I stayed for seven nights and just can’t rave enough! We will be back for sure!
One minute from the most glorious beaches I have ever seen!
Place is a hold mine and I wish I owned it!

Perfect beach getaway

" Loved the fact that it was literally minutes away from the ocean and super close to the pool area too. The condo was cute and cozy very clean . The only thing was the bed was a bit uncomfortable but would definitely stay again and a bonus it was minutes away from my favorite coffee shop capriccio coffee !!!!

Amazing Vacation

"This was our first time in Destin and overall, we loved the area and Sandpiper Cove. The location is great and close to everything, the heated pool and hot tubs were perfect (did not use the other pools but they looked nice), private beach access and beach bar were a definite plus. The staff working at the office was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We stayed in unit 8110, which was as described and perfectly sized for my husband, son, and I. The unit itself could use a little love but there were two major problems that would cause me to choose a different unit in the future. The tub was the biggest problem. It did not drain at all while showering. So much so that the water would be halfway up your calf by the end of your shower. The second issue was the mattress for the murphy bed. It was very squeaky and every time I would move or get up during the night, it would wake my husband and son. Other than those two things, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return. I highly recommend The Back Porch restaurant, Gulfarium, Gator Beach, The Track, and Harborwalk Village.

"I didn’t like condo at all. Very old with no updates. Water squirting out of sink faucet. Fan over stove didn’t work. Bugs seen in kitchen and bathroom. Toaster didn’t work. Still didn’t tell them both can openers don’t work. I would never rent this condo again. Price outrageous for It not being decorated. Thanks

"We booked a spur of the moment girls trip and let me tell you, this was the best trip ever!! I had never heard of this resort, however it won’t be the last time I stay here. "Perfect stay! We had a studio with 2 adults, 2 kids. Plenty of room. Close to pool, laundry, walking to the beach. Was worried about murphy bed comfort, but wasn't bad at all. Kitchen had everything we needed plus more. Very clean and nice. Very happy with our stay!

Worst bed ever

"First night no power, property did everthing they could to accommodate us. Weather worked in our favor next day power was restored. Thanks Tammy for all your efforts. Did lose all our groceries we'd just bought but we've learned to look at the bright side of things. I have say the bed was the worst ever slept more on couch and in chair. Would rather had a blow up mattress.

"We waited till a month before our vacation to book in Destin. We found this condo. I was skeptical because I wasn't sure of the location or the quality of the condo. We were pleasantly surprised! The condo itself is unimpressive but clean and comfortable. We were only in the condo to sleep and eat occasionally. The beds were comfortable yet noisy. But again, who cares? Our main concern was easy access to the beach. It was great! I suggest a wagon or a cooler on wheels. Bring your own beach chairs or a large blanket. I found a cute one at walmart that zips up and has a strap. The beach is clean and beautiful! The water is crystal clear and warm. The beach was very crowded but we always found a spot to set up camp for the day. Target and Walmart are very close and easy to get to. We found a great fresh seafood place, Sexton's Seafood Market, and cooked it up in our room. Very clean place and friendly staff. We took the water taxi to the Harbor Walk. It picked us up at the back of the property. I highly recommend Jackacuda's Seafood and Sushi. Beautiful place to watch the sunset and the boats come and go. We will definitely be going back to this location and are looking to buy in this community in the future!

"at First glance the place was okay but once we really got in we realized this place was not what we thought. The bed was dirty and gross upon arrival stains and grossness on the blankets. The mattress itself was hard and very loud it was so uncomfortable we could hardly sleep. Our shower did not drain we had to take quick showers so the tub wouldn’t overflow. But we did like the access to the beach and the staff was really friendly. We wouldn’t not go back here
