"We have stayed at sandpiper cove four times now. We really love the property and the location. The units do have a little bit of age to them but they are very well kept and feel more like a regular home compared to one of the high-rise motels. I would not hesitate to stay there again and we do plan to book there in the future.
7103 is a very convenient walk to the beach and there is a pool literally in the backyard that takes about 10 seconds to walk over to.

"We love sandpiper cove and its location is so close to everything. Our condo was beautiful and so nice and up to date. The air doesn’t cool as well as it should. Especially if you cut the oven on it heats the place up fast. They did have box fans to try and help. Overall we loved the condo and would definitely stay there again. Loved being able to walk out back door to pool. Great location. The beds were so comfortable!

"Condo was great for a family of 4. Equipped with everything we needed but but we brought extra just incase. Main pool on resort was right outside backyard so made it conveneint for the kiddos. Close to all of the restaurant and stores so that was a plus. I must say it did get warmer at night in the condo so I’m glad I brought a fan and the shower other than that we ENJOYED our stay will definite be back!

"We love this condo! I just wish the mattress in the master bedroom wasn’t so firm. Also it gets humid and warm in the condo due to the type of thermostat they have. Other than that, it’s a wonderful location with little kids and a perfect layout! Very clean.

"We love Sandpiper cove. The ladies at the front desk are wonderful!! This particular unit was just what we needed. It was very close to the pool and ocean. The only negative, you couldn’t adjust the A/C lower than 70. It wasn’t even hot when we were there. Highs 60’s. The unit was very humid and hot. We were uncomfortable sleeping at night .

"This unit was incredible! Looks even better in person than in the photos. Everything was SPOTLESS! I was very impressed with the cleanliness as beach units can be hard to maintain. Pillows were fluffy, the bed was firm yet extremely comfortable. Everything we needed was inside the unit. 2 Beach chairs and umbrella are included with beach service and this was a big plus.The restaurant on the beach was GREAT! The beach is GORGEOUS and a very short walk over to it. A wood floor vacuum is also inside the unit and this was very helpful in keeping the sand down with kids in and out from the beach. They really thought of everything. The pool outside is just a stones through from the unit. Its close enough to get to quickly but not to close that the noise becomes a problem. I could watch the kids from the balcony if needed. The washer and dryer were also a welcomed addition. I would 100% stay in this unit again! I can't recommend it enough.
In addition the check in process for us was very easy breezy. The staff was polite and helpful. Every morning I exchanged our towels and got additional trash bags. Very easy process. We had an issue with our door around 10 pm and security was there within 10mins and fixed the issue. Very impressed with the staff on this property!
The only bad experience we had was with the on site resturant Louisiana Lagniappe. We were promptly seated. However after 21 mins no one arrived to take drink or appetizers orders. I watched all the tables surrounding us recieve service OVER AND OVER AND OVER. My kids were starving so I continued to wait like a complete fool only to continue to be ignored. We were the only brown family in the resturant and I have to be honest and say this felt VERY intentional. After 21 mins we left. I let the manager know on the way out just how disappointing the experience had been. We left and had a delicious dinner at Bubby Gump Shrimp. So bewarned if your brown that Louisiana Lagniappe will NOT be welcoming!

"We had an amazing time here. Everything was clean and in working condition inside the condo. The pool was right outside our balcony and the beach was in walking distance. We will definitely be staying here again in the future and we recommend this rental to anyone who wants to have a great vacation!
