"We love this condo and have stayed in it several times. The water views are great, both from the deck outside and from the windows inside the unit. It’s a bit of a climb from the parking lot up the stairs, but we like not having anyone above us (less noise). The condo’s furniture and beds were comfortable. We prepared some Thanksgiving dishes during our stay and appreciated the kitchen’s nice appliances & cookware. All in all, we were very satisfied with the condo and our stay.

"Overall, our experience was pretty good. The main issue that my wife and I had was firmness of the master bed mattress. We would not rent this again solely on that issue. The ice maker would not work and the kitchen light doesn’t work sometimes. The dryer lint filter is also broke. The location and view is great!!

"This condo was well kept and met all described details. The beach was a very short (2min) drive and walk (6 mins) to the beautiful beach. The pools were extremely nice and this property has several so they aren’t over crowded. The view from the balcony was dreamy. We enjoyed our stay as a family of 5 with plenty of room. This condo is located perfectly for the fun.

"We had a great stay at Sandpiper Cove. The condo was clean and tidy. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The kitchen wasn't very big and some of the decor was dated. If you're looking for granite countertops and expensive furnishings then this is not your place. It was, however, clean and comfortable. The place had a large deck that wrapped around and had a nice view of the harbor. There was plenty of seating so we were able to eat a couple meals outside on the deck.
The location was great, not far from a couple of pools, the on-site restaurant, tennis courts, and a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed all the amenities, including the 9-hole pitch and putt golf course.
The customer service at Sandpiper Cove was excellent and we look forward to our next visit.

"Had a great long weekend getaway to SPC in Destin! Love it there this time of year. Great weather and no crowds/traffic. First time staying in unit 4217. It is a very nice 2nd floor 2BR on the canal with a wrap-around balcony to enjoy views of the harbor. Unit was clean, check-in was a breeze. Only negatives are the queen bed in master BR was extremely firm. So much so that my wife with back issues ended up sleeping in the recliner in LR. Twin beds in BR2 were unusable due to the old innerspring mattresses also. While TVs in LR and BR1 were ok, they were both a bit small for the rooms.

"We had a blast there at Destin.. me and my friends had a great time at the beach which is a walking distance from our condo.. We had a beautiful background during breakfast at the balcony because we are close to the harbor. My only complaint though is that the shower is so hard to regulate ..lol

"The location and view from the condo were amazing. Furnished with all we needed. Beds on the other hand are in desperate need of new mattresses. I mean DESPERATE need. One of the beds you can literally feel the springs.
Overall a wonderful trip, close to everything you need as far as town goes and things to do. Hope to be back soon!!

"Great time! The unit was clean and well stocked, the view of the canal was beautiful, and everything from from checkin to checkout was seamless. I always enjoy starting here because access is controlled by guards at the entry, who are VERY nice and helpful. The only recommendations I have: 1-the master bedroom mattress is very very firm and would benefit having a 3 inch mattress topper. The twin beds in the 2nd room need to be upgraded. They are basically camp bed mattresses. The mattress on the pull out sofa is awful and only good for kids to sleep on Adults with back or hip issues would not be able to use it. 2-There should be a TV in the second bedroom.

"We went to Destin to walk through our newly renovated Sandpiper Condo and the contractors weren’t finished. So we ended up in unit 4217 for 3 nights while we waited. Everything was nicely finished and appointed and the spot on the canal (just down from our unit) was very nice. We encountered nothing really negative, but I’d say it’s time to replace the mattress on the sofa sleeper and twin beds. Not a deal breaker and hardly worth noting, just a heads-up for the owners!

"This unit is very clean and updated. Good location at the end of row so we could sit on the large end deck and see the harbor and boats. Stayed with 3 kids who slept well on the 2 twin beds and sofa bed. Had a couple of boogie boards available to use in the closet. The walk is only 5 minutes to the beach, less to the main pool, and less to tennis courts. Would stay again.

"i lost all privacy when they decided to roof the condos i was in and all around us. we could not enjoy the deck and we where push out of our condo because of the noise level.The condo was great location was great to bad we had the roofing problem.We also had to look for nails every day to prevent them from getting in our tires I wish I would have been informed about this was maintance was going to happen.

"We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at Sandpiper Cove unit 4217. The views from the outside deck are amazing. We watched several boats traveling up and down the harbor, and also were able to see most of the fireworks show at the Destin Harbor Walk. Great unit!
