"This was our first time visiting Destin. We were looking for a place that we could stay and keep our boat. We were very pleased with the property and loved the ability to keep our boat behind our place. It is a very protect area with limited traffic. With easy access to all of the popular spots. One thing to note is several restraunts on the Destin Harbor don’t have boat dockage available. The private beach access is wonderful. The property also has several pools, tennis, pickle ball and a small golf coarse. I would highly recommend it to friends and family.

"This is a great apartment, great view, good appliances, my wife likes to have shader and dryer. I’m glad it has 2 bathrooms as well, and it includes 2 chairs and an umbrella at the beach rentals, I highly recommend it!

"Condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We have stayed in this condo now for 10 years and continue to enjoyr our vacation. Its like a home away from home. They provide all you need for meals, games, beach visit and it has the best under deck space for outdoor events.
The owners continue to update the condo as needed. Having the canal and boat right outside is a big bonus.

"We have stayed and SPC many times and this condo was at a great location, back up to the channel, which was nice to have your morning coffee and checkout the view. Condo was clean, and well cared for and had beach services which is a priority for us. My only complaints would be that there are NO beach towels., only one trash bag provided and we were schd for a week, and NO cooking spices (even salt & pepper) which any who knows that when you rent a condo and cook it is nice to have a few cooking amenities so you don’t have to purchase for just the one week stay and the trash when you leave. Overall a good condo for your family.

"This condo makes you feel right at home and has all of the amenities to relax and enjoy your beach vacation! All the furniture was comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. My favorite part was sitting on the balcony in the evenings and watching the boats come in. We hope to stay here again!

"This is a beautiful, spacious condo overlooking the canal. It is well appointed with kitchen items and modern appliances, and was spotless upon arrival. Other than toilet paper, no other paper products were supplied. The wifi is strong and there's a nice selection of DVDs, books, magazines, and board games. It is a .4 mile walk to the private beach but you can also park your car at that side of the complex. Our only dissatisfactions are not the owner's fault in that you have to drive past the Louisiana Lagniappe restaurant that is onsite and around dinner time the valet parking traffic backs up so you have to sit in traffic to get 'home'. The other is that you can hear all the movements of the upstairs occupants' footsteps and during our stay there were children who were up very early (6am) running around which was problematic for us as we are light sleepers. Otherwise it was a lovely stay.

"Condo was very comfortable. Solid surface coffee table and new appliances was a great improvement. The space was very comfortable for the 6 of us.
The dock planks around Slip 28 are in bad shape. Several are loose and one is raised up that had tripped us many times unloading the boat.

"This is a great place to stay in destin,we took our boat and it sitting in water behind our condo with easy access to the gulf and bay for fishing and great restaurants to pull boat upto for lunch and dinner.we have stayed here for 2 years and going back again next year.overall condo is clean and great location

"Have stayed in this condo before. Love the room with queen bed and bunk beds. Kids Loved staying there. Had issue with dishwasher not draining so we washed the dishes. Also had a few issues with the beach chairs. They put us on the back row instead of up front. Stated the front was for paying customers. We told them that the owner of the condo paid them so why couldn’t we have a front spot. Just wanted to give you a heads up. Overall loved our stay. We definitely rent again.

"Very nice property and location. Second time we stayed here. Only problem we had was the people staying above us had a bunch of kids and they let them run around like crazy people all night. I even bagged on the ceiling and one of the parents came down and asked what was going on. I let him know that it sounded like a zoo upstairs and he told me they have a bunch of kids. I asked him to get them under control.

"We really enjoyed our stay, the room was perfect for us and very clean and we appreciate that. We only have one request: My son and I caught a legal to keep shark from the Gulf on your beach. The young man you have in charge of renting your chairs on beach got to involved in our business of whether we should keep the fish or not and what species it was. While my son and I was getting ice chest from truck my daughter had to verbally prevent this young man from putting shark back into the water and release it. Please have him mind his own business and stick to renting chairs. We are coming back to your properties in July and we are looking forward to it. Thanks

"We really enjoyed the location of this unit. We brought a fishing boat and were able to keep the trailer under the unit and our boat right out front. Great access to the bay. The unit was nice and clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

"Better than anticipated. 4109 could not have been nicer. Very well equipped. Having a boat with us, location on the canal was excellent.
Sandpiper Cove proved to be a very quiet, peaceful get-a-way.
Highly recommend. We plan to reschedule for next Fall. The same condo, 4109.

"This was our 5th year in this condo. Great experience again. From the views to the breeze on the deck down below. We keep our boat on the canal and it makes it very easy with the condo. The owners continue to supply the guest with what they need.

"First time staying at Sandpiper Cove. This unit was especially ideal because of its location on the canal. Love the covered parking, swing on the deck and its proximity to one of the pools. The bunk beds were a highlight for my kids and the washer/dryer was a highlight for me! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The furniture and decorations are a bit dated, but overall this property was great! Can't wait to return next summer.

"I have been coming to Sandpiper Cove since I was 8yrs old. Now that I have my own family, there is nowhere else that I want to take my children. My husband loves being able to bring his boat and dock it right at our condo. This place feels like home. The staff is helpful. If there is ever any issues, they send someone over. The LA Lagniappe onsite is a family tradition as well and I love everything that I've ever eaten there. We will be back every year if I can make it happen!

"We loved our unit and the location of our boat slip. Sandpiper is the perfect place to stay, especially when bringing your boat:) Our slip allowed for our trailer to be parked underneath. We were able to launch our boat using the slip on property by the restaurant and park our boat in the slip right outside our unit 4109! Can't get anymore convenient than that! Unit was awesome as always:) There are water taxi's available to take you to the harbor restaurants and activities so no need to use your car really:) I recommend Sandpiper Cove 100%!

"My stay at Sandpiper Cove was absolutely beautiful. The only complaint I have is that a lot of the dishes were dirty. I talked to the manager about this issue. She sent someone from housekeeping to come by to clean some of the dishes. She said she was going to refund me the money back for housekeeping, because we had so many dirty dishes and food was left in the pantry .

"I have been coming to Sandpiper Cove since I was born and I am now bringing my own husband and children here to stay. This room was by far our favorite room. It was very nicely updated and well-maintained. The master bedroom was cozy and extremely comfortable. The second bedroom had a full size bed with bunk beds, making it easy to stay there with children. I loved staying over the canal with the beautiful views. We will definitely be staying here again!!
