"The condo was fully equipped with everything as a family of 7 traveling it made cooking for our family easy. Bedrooms were spacious but bed could be updated a little. Beautiful view on the canal

"We stayed in a 2bed/2bath condo overlooking the canal and the 8th hole of the golf course. We loved our location. We booked the same area for next year, but in a different unit. We liked the unit we were in. It was clean and pretty comfortable. The king bedroom is nice with a firm mattress. The 2nd bedroom has a twin bed and a twin over double bunk bed. The bunk bed is pretty squeaky, and we took that room when we had guests come. It would be a fine room for kids, but not so much for adults. There is a blow dryer in the unit. It doesn’t list that in the amenities. One less thing to pack. The lint trap in the dryer needs replacing, as it is broken and hard to replace in the dryer. There was an extra keurig coffee maker that came in handy too.The 2nd fridge in the laundry room was a nice bonus. It’s a great central location close to everything!

"Great unit, COLD a/c, 2 refrigerators, 2 coffee makers, large washer/dryer, quiet location w/ covered parking for 2, fished from balcony, drove to beach many times and never had parking problem busy week in July-we highly recommend sandpiper cove!

"The condo was just as it is pictured. Location was great for us. We were able to park the boat trailer underneath the condo and park the boat right outside the condo in the canal. Not enough towels for the amount of people it sleeps and could use a deep clean, and a rice cooker! Other than that, I would stay again.

"Our fastpitch softball team stayed at Sandpiper this July. The property was fantastic. It was centrally located to where we needed to go, was clean and had great access to the beach! We had a great experience and would definitely recommend your establishment!

Perfect for our family of 5!

"4108 was a perfect fit for our family of five! We came down for a baseball tourney & this place was about 8 mins from the park. The condo had plenty of room, our 3 kids never bothered each other at all! The deck was nice and quiet. A short walk to the beach & even shorter to the smaller pool. We would defiantly book here again and are already looking forward to our next trip!

Convenient

"We picked this location for convenience for our boat. The trailer parking was on site as well as the dock and launch. Unheard of. But we got much more. There were things like the ice machine outside so we didn’t have to go to store for ice and multiple pools and even the beach with its own “concession stand” all in easy walking distance. Condo itself was clean and served its purpose. Only complaint is the line to the on site restaurant was often backed up quite a bit and was on the same route to get to our room so we had to wave off people that thought we were taking their parking spot and it took sometimes 20 minutes on a trip that should have taken 2 minutes.

Great place to stay!

"Very comfortable, and convenient to all stores we needed.
The walk in shower is a plus, as is the separate laundry room. The washer and dryer are full size, and there is an extra refrigerator in the laundry room.
The unit is very clean, and management gives excellent service.
We especially enjoyed Callahan’s, and McGuire’s restaurants.
We intend to return every year!

"The condo was perfect. Clean, nice, everything in very good condition. We enjoyed having our boat right outside our door in the canal. However, a couple of nights, it was noisy. One night, I waited until midnight, then called security to quiet the party people.

"Great view from the deck of the canal an sunsets. Loved the second full-size fridge in utility room. Good setup of beds. Some of the furniture cushions have passed their prime, but functional. A screen/glass door on front door would be nice to let some natural light in during the day.

"Perfect location for boaters and everything else Destin has to offer. They have a great canal with boat slips. Great restaurant on site, several pools and a par 3 golf course, 9 holes, I think. Beautiful beach is a short walk across the street.

"The overall stay was nice, condo was clean and updated. We also rented a boat slip offered by the complex which was conveniently located outside of our condo. Very easy to get to Crab Island, the Boardwalk, and other amenities via the water. The only issue was the shower door broke during our stay; management was very helpful and fair when coming to decision for both parties.
