"This was our third time staying at Sandpiper Cove for our annual trip to Destin but the first time to rent #2120. The unit was clean and comfortable, and we hope it's available when we return next year. Looking forward to our stay next year!

"Sandpiper Cove Condos are in a great location. Beachfront condo is a must. The beach is superb. Having 2 chairs and umbrella was a big plus. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Ricky’s good for drinks and bar food. We arrived to find three holes cut out in ceiling and wall. Office staff was contacted to find out an air conditioning issue. Had maintenance check on dryer part not attached so we could use and they adjusted water heater temperature but still warm but not hot shower. Condo was comfortable nothing fancy. Outlets in bedroom were very loose so chargers would not stay plugged in. Outlet closest to window would click/spark and not charge. View of beach was great. Enjoyed watching dolphins play back and forth for about 30 minutes. Nice deck furniture.

"My family always looks forward to our Destin vacation and view Sandpiper Cove as our home away from home! This was our first time staying in 2120, and I can tell you it won’t be our last. The condo is beautiful with great ocean views and it was very accommodating to my family of four. It was furnished with all of the necessities needed and was a nice retreat after a long day on the beach. The only downside is that the front door sticks when opening and the sofa bed mattress really needs to be replaced. If these two issues are addressed, it would be absolutely perfect!

"This property was in the perfect location. In the morning, before the beach got busy, we could watch dolphins from our balcony. There was plenty to do, we didn’t even have time to enjoy all the amenities. The unit offered beach service with he rental, which was a blessing and savings. You are close to everything but still in a quieter area. The private beach was not as crowded as the others. There were plenty of cookware and dishes in the kitchen. You could not hear your neighbors like you do in a hotel or other condos. It really was a great place to stay!

"Our condo was great!! Weather however not so much...Seaweed was interesting also...our free beach service was wonderful...any breaks in weather allowed us to already have a spot on beach so we had zero hassles...will definitely be returning.

"When arriving at the property we were surprised to learn that the buildings in our area were significant under construction. As result there was a tremendous amount of noise and some safety issue's due to construction garbage on the property. We also experienced a problem with the water heater in our rental unit. Maintenance was called and tried to fix the problem. I have made several calls to the property management office to discuss our issues and as of this posting I have not heard back from anyone

"Property was amazing. Location is extremely convenient. Only complaint is the water in the shower was a tad on the cooler/lukewarm side but not a deal breaker. I probably could have called to have it addressed but only stayed three days and was too relaxed lol. Will be making this my yearly beach trip destination.

"We had such a great vacation at Sandpiper! This was the second time we’ve stayed but the first time staying in one of the beach front units. Our unit was perfect for us and our two small dogs. We can’t say enough about Sandpiper. So much room to walk the dogs in the evening and being right there on the beach is so convenient and something you can’t beat.

Outside patio needed to have more comfortable seating to really enjoy the porch.

"Sandpiper Cove and this Unit made our first visit to Destin perfect. The unit was everything my husband and I needed and the view of the ocean from the balcony was incredible. It was clean, comfy, and well appointed.
The on site restaurant became our Cheers and I can’t say enough about the emerald waters and sugar sand beaches

"This unit is absolutely beautiful... a cozy oasis with the most beautiful view. Nicely updated with amble storage for clothes and toiletries. Management and staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. So close to restaurants and fun things to do, but nicely tucked away on the beachfront.

"The experience was wonderful and very distanced due to covid which was great. Minimal people contact. The only thing it would be nice to know to bring your own detergent to wash, there was none in the condo.

"The condo was very cute, small but definitely served its purpose. Beautiful and relaxing view from the balcony. We really did enjoy our stay. The only downfall was the keyless entry gave us problems and one of the sliding glass doors didn’t have a lock. All in all I would stay here again.

"Our condo at Beachside was OK but not spectacular. The condo was clean. However, the closet space was shared with the utility closet, which was a real turnoff. The bathroom was extremely small, the “dining” table was very small and its chairs extremely uncomfortable. The bed was comfortable but nothing fancy. The furniture in the living room was very basic but ok. Staying in a condo two lights up was not great either. We did enjoy our view of the beach and the Gulf. We did walk on the beach everyday and enjoyed it very much. I can’t imagine who would have designed such a small balcony off the living room but it was an impossible place to sit for more than 2 people.

"The condo 2120 was in a great location and recently updated. Overall it appeared to be clean with the exception of the floors, they were not mopped prior to our arrival. They were so nasty. The office staff were great, easy check in and we were really impressed with them.

"My son's baseball team came to Destin to play in a 10U USSSA Global World Series.Check in at Sandpiper Cove was very quick and easy. Our condo was overlooking the beach and spotlessly clean. Everything was perfect! There were even extra linens, beach chairs and sand buckets to use that were not mentioned. The only negative was the deadbolt in to door was EXTREMELY hard to turn after entering the code. Neither of my boys ages 10 & 12 could turn it. Also the A/C vent in the bedroom did not produce much air so the bedroom stayed warm unless you froze the living area, left the door open and blew a fan that way. But the rest of the condo was great. Beds and pullouts were comfortable with super soft linens. The bathroom was immaculate. Instructions on using the different features on the TV would have been helpful but the kids figured it out. The view from our balcony was amazing! We were only able to use the beach service that came with the rental one time due to baseball games but it was very convenient and relaxing. The complex felt secure with the gated access and was quiet at night. We were busy with baseball and only got to go to Crab Island for a group excursion and The Back Porch for dinner. Both were great Destin experiences. I was amazed by the cleanliness of the beaches at our condo. Thank you for an experience my 2 Missouri boys will never forget! My only suggestion to include in the condo would be a Roomba-type vacuum to run on the floors to keep up with the sand. That would be invaluable!

"This was our 8th year staying with Sandpiper and as expected, it was perfect. The location there is central to everything, free golf and private beach access make the property even more amazing. We will definitely be back for a 9th year next summer, see you guys then!

"Sandpiper Cove was so easy to book, check-in and checkout and of course the view was wonderful! Our unit was great, clean and so comfortable. We loved the privacy and the view of the Gulf. We were not in our unit 30 minutes when maintenance knocked on the door saying we had a leak and may need to move to another unit. The gentleman began working on the AC leak and within 10 minutes the office was talking to us about the units we could move to, I was impressed by the service! The gentleman was an ace though and had the problem corrected within 15 minutes so we did not have to move but it was great knowing that we were taken care of so quickly! The remainder of the trip was flawless and we had a great time. Sandpiper Cove has a great location, so close to everything.
