"I've stayed at unit 2113 many times over the years, and it is the best location in all of Sandpiper Cove.
There is only one negative, and that is the door lock frequently does not work when first checking into the unit. This has occurred five times in my last six stays. Very frustrating that no one can solve the mystery, but it is still a great unit.

"Best view and one of the closest units to the water. Has gotten crazy expensive, but probably eliminates the undesirables. Everything works and had rebuilt the deck with newer furniture as well finally. Was cool, comfortable, and clean. Secure gated entry and convenient to grocery stores, airport, harbor, and great restaurants. Beach guys set up exactly where we requested and like to be each morning. Stayed in 2113 many years and do not know of a better view or location, close to the water. Miss the repeat stay discount and the reasonable rental rates. Thank you to the owners for sharing this property with us, the location is why we stay here. Always a special time.

"Unit 2113 has an incredible view from the balcony. The condo could use some updating, but it was clean and had everything we needed. This unit would not be good for someone with physical limitations because of stairs and tall bathtub step, but it was not a problem for us.
Service and food at Rick's was great, best we had in Destin!

"Had a little bit of trouble unlocking the door upon arrival. However, once that was dealt with, we had nothing but a beautiful view and anytime we wanted to see the beach all we had to do was open our balcony door. Condo was clean and decorated nicely.

"We loved this rental. Awesome balcony view with lots of space. Mirrored walls expand the ocean/beach views into the unit! The Sandpiper Cove community is VERY convenient and staff super helpful! (Toilet needs attending. Water keeps flowing.
Small vent cover missing on balcony eave needs replacing.)

"My wife and I stay in the unit directly below this unit, simply because it’s considerably larger and accommodates our needs with the kids. However, I was also able to rent this condo at the same time this trip and my in laws stayed above us here. It was perfect. They had their private space along with the spectacular view and we’re close enough we could still share the same pot of coffee.

"Our fourth time to stay at Sand Piper Cove and the third stay in this condo. Had a great week. This condo is the closest to the beach and has the best views of anywhere in Destin. The sun rises and sun sets are amazing from the Deck.

"This was the sixth time I've stayed at Sandpiper Cove. This was my first time with a beach-side condo, which was wonderful in itself. However, I have to say that it's so much fun staying across the street due to so many more people walking for exercise and being so friendly every day. The condo certainly met all our needs. It was a group of four women, so we loved having a new full-size washer and dryer. The remodeled kitchen, bathroom, and vanity were very nice. The remainder of the condo is a little dated, but I understand the need to remodel in sections. Besides, we were there for the beach, not to sit inside. It was clean and everything was in working order. The only concern we had was a loose board on the deck. I would definitely recommend this condo. It accommodated 4 adults nicely.

"We celebrated our 5th year wedding anniversary with Sandpiper Cover. We actually stayed in 2114 for our honeymoon. The Lagniappe was amazing like it was the first time we visited. The view of the Gulf from the deck was amazing.
If I were to say anything that would ever-so-slightly detract from such a shining review, it would be the main bathroom drains were a little slow. The shower pooled and the toilet required holding the flush handle until the tank was empty to flush. But these are very minor issues and I'm certain would have been addressed prior to our arrival had SPC been made aware.
The staff was kind and accommodating at check-in. We would certainly stay again.

"Unit 2113 has the best view ever right on the beach. BUT the dishwasher did not work and on day one I had water on the kitchen floor because the garbage disposal was linking. So we had to wait on them which 3 hrs. later he came & fixed it. The deck is pretty dangerous, had boards raised up & loose. Condo is a little out dated, but nice. Sandpiper Cove has one of the best locations in Destin, one of the best Beaches.

"Always good memories. Best location for restaurants, beach, harbor, and gated security. Only con is completion with the beach chair rental guy as always. They are by law to set up 20 feet back from the waters edge but violate this every day and try to tell you where you can set up in the few spaces they leave open. Not fair to those who do not rent from them, but pay to stay.

"This was our 4th time staying at Sandpiper. We love it and hope to continue to come back. It never disappoints. The only suggestion we have is that additional parking lot lighting be added at the gate/snack bar area along with the parking lot outside of the parking lot. It is very dark and hard to see people walking. Overall, no complaints! Awesome stay! I have already recommended this to a friend.

"We have been coming to Sandpiper for many years. It is the only place we stay in Destin. Our condo is always in great shape and well appointed. We always go for beachside and have a couple of places that have become our go to condos. The beach is perfect and the sunrise/sunset views perfect.

"I have stayed at Sandpiper Cove many times over the past several years. This by far was the best experience yet. The condo was directly facing the beach; therefore making relaxing on the patio an experience to remember! "We have been coming to Sandpiper Cove for years. We only stay beachfront in a one bedroom and just love the view and easy steps to the beach. I fish a day at the marina, and wifey reads on the beach, then we both just chill. Great Place!

"We had a very good experience, we have been staying at Sandpiper for 20 + years and we always enjoy our stay. Our favorite unit is 2113 however there were a couple of maintenance issues that need to be addressed. 1 the storm door is dragging and is hard to close and open. 2 the balcony furniture needs some repair, the small table and one hair. The staff as always was both helpful and professional. We will be back next year.
