*Complimentary access to Sandpiper Cove’s five sparkling swimming pools and three hot tubs located conveniently throughout the property along with charcoal grills, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts and a pitch and putt 9-hole golf course. Two of our pools are heated for your comfort during the winter months. On-premises food, Rick’s Sand Trap Bar & Grill (beachside Tiki Bar open March-October) and Louisiana Lagniappe (upscale seafood waterfront dining with a Creole flair, with casual attire permitted.)

"Overall our visit was great. The condo could use a few things to make it more comfortable. Upon our arrival The air unit was not working but the staff fixed it right away. The ac unit struggles to keep the temp below 80 during the day. At night the bedrooms tend to get warm and there aren't any fans in the rooms to help with it. The beds are very firm so if you like a firm mattress you're set. The condo was clean and great location next to one of the pools.

"Cute, nicely decorated condo with cold AC! But, there was one pretty big issue. The kitchen fridge did not work properly. We reported the issue to sandpiper the next day when we discovered some of our food had spoiled. Sandpiper was aware of the problem and had already placed 2 unplugged mini fridges in the living room. They said it was up to the condo owner to replace the fridge. I do wish we would have been warned upon arrival. For the remainder of the stay, we used the mini fridges and ice chests which was not ideal. Otherwise, no complaints. Hopefully the fridge will be replaced for future renters.

"This condo is clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you would need to have a great stay as my family did, but the one MAJOR negative are the beds! The twin beds are EXTRA EXTRA firm(like nothing I’ve ever felt) and we ended up having to purchase a mattress topper from Target in order to sleep on them. The master bed is firm too! So, if you’re a middle of the road mattress sleeper make sure you bring a topper of some sort or you will be miserable! There have been multiple complaints about the mattresses and I hope the owner will take the complaints to heart because everything else about the condo is PERFECT! I’ve stayed at SPC for over 20 plus years and it pains me to even write a negative review, but I want future renters to be aware of what they might run into and to just be prepared when staying in this unit!

"We always stay at Sandpiper Cove. Unit 2093 was one of the top 5 that we've rented in 22 years.
Only drawback to this unit is that it is more expensive than most and beach service is not included, which is generally included with most rentals on the property, no matter the entity through whom we have rented it.

"Great property for a family beach stay. Unit was spacious with everything we needed. Love that parking is in front of the condo. Steps away from a pool, and short walk to private beach area. The security guard was very rude and unhelpful upon arrival, telling us that someone had already checked into our unit which was not true. But the rental office agent was friendly and got it all sorted out. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

"Our family had a wonderful stay! We were extremely pleased with the arrangements. The only complaint was that there was no tv in the guest bedroom. Everything else was exceptional!

"We enjoyed the unit and furnishings. It is well maintained and very tastefully decorated. The pitch and putt golf course on site was a big attraction for us. The pool near our unit was heated and very well maintained. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach. Fellow guests were all very welcoming. Staff was very courteous and helpful. We will be back.

"The property was as described on the web site. Clean and well maintained. The only negative was that you had to go thru the master bath from the master bedroom to get to the rest of the condo. Bed in master bedroom was very comfortable. We have stayed at Sandpiper Cove many times and keep coming back. The private white sand beach is very relaxing and includes restrooms and a snack bar.

"Sandpiper Cove has a bit of an “old Florida,” picture-postcard vibe that I fell in love with. Beautiful, immaculate grounds. The condo is exactly as pictured. Spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. It’s about a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive to their private beach shared with other condominiums. The only negatives to the condo are that the beds are quite firm and shower water pressure is low. Also, definitely plan to bring your own pillows, coffee filters, and paper towels. The complex is conveniently located near a Target and Walgreens as well as plenty of restaurants. We had no problems during our visit and the drawbacks were not enough to discourage me from staying there again or recommending it to others. In fact, I highly recommend it and hope your stay was as nice as ours.

"My family and I stayed in this condo for 7 days. Everything we needed and wanted is within walking distance. We only walked to the pool and beach though. We felt secure while on the property and surrounding areas. We will be back.

"We enjoyed the condo very much. While it may not have been 'on' the beach, a short walk or even a car ride to front beach parking was easy. Guards were friendly and attentive. Additionally, even though there were others staying in the adjacent units we never heard them coming or going! The office staff was great in assisting us with booking the unit (Thank you Tammy!) and the provided materials upon check in were helpful in getting us to know the 'area' of Sandpiper Cove. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family as well as looking into staying there again the next time we're in Destin.

"My family and I come here every year since I was 16 and now and I have continued that tradition with my children and husband. Everything was great and check in went very smoothly and check out was even better very convenient. But, when going to the beach the first day it seemed very tight when it came to rules and regulations. The gentleman on the beach were very rude to my family and I, my neice could not get too hot and they were less than happy about our little tent and didn't have a problem expressing that.

"We had an enjoyable stay in 2093. Beautiful condo. A/C works incredibly well! Great proximity to pool. A little far to walk to the beach, but we planned to drive over anyway. Love that Sandpiper has their own beach access with chair/umbrella rentals. We'll definitely be back.

"This was our first trip to Florida and the Sandpiper Cove. It was an amazing trip and we didn't want to leave. From the front gate security to the front desk clerks, everyone was kind and helpful. The beach was gorgeous and water was so clear. We will be coming back to the Sandpiper Cove from now on! The condo was clearly updated recently with beautiful and comfortable furnishings. We've stayed in condos all over and this condo was hands down the BEST! Luxurious and beautiful!
