This is a gorgeous 2 bedroom/ 2 bath on our Par 3 Golf Course which also overlooks 1of our 5 pools on property. Pet friendly so you can bring your fur baby along for the fun!

*Book this modern and newly renovated second floor unit located on the golf course and canal! While the interior is beautiful, the exterior is where the you would probably spend most time. On the property we have total of 5 pools spread out through 43 acres. Activity center where we have tennis courts, shuffle board, pickle-ball, etc. We also have a 9 hole par 3 golf course. Private beach access is right across the street with available tiki-bar (seasonal). Regarding housekeeping needs, we have a housekeeping window open everyday for necessities. Maintenance and Front Desk staff is on site everyday as well, all with a pleasure to serve you!

Great location, cozy and clean

"We have stayed at Sandpiper Cove since 2020. This particular unit is one of the nicest we stayed thus far. Only a few things could be better- starting with the key pad door lock. Needs replacing- not easy to use. Try it out, you’ll see what happens. Hard to see the numbers on the pad, doesn’t lunlock easily . especially after long road trip, and you need a restroom!!! Hard to lock up too. No paper towels ( which is odd, at least one roll for starters, much appreciated) Don’t worry, bought two rolls, left them there to help the next guest. Clean. Updated, and great location, very roomy, nice and comfortable furniture. Would stay again - but may pay for a front door upgrade prior to arrival if needed. Lol! ��

"Great condo, clean and neat. A couple fixes hot water runs out very quickly , outlet in makeup are bath does not work, and washer dryer seems to be on its last leg.

"We had a wonderful stay in this unit for my son's yearly birthday trip to Destin. Being able to bring our fur baby was an added bonus! We hate leaving him behind, and this space was perfect for all of us! Very clean, newly renovated. We did not mind it being on the backside of the property. We live in the city so are use to the occasional horn and emergency vehicle. The boys walked to the beach to crab hunt, and we took the car when we had a load for a full day on the water. Easy access either way! The security guards were very attentive to all vehicles entering. That was nice to see!

Excellent clean unit

"When we booked this unit, there were no reviews. I wanted to come back and give an update. This unit appears to have been recently remodeled. I have stayed at Sandpiper Cove five times now and this unit was excellent and probably my favorite! Everything was so clean and, whoever did the remodel did an excellent job. It was decorated so cute and had a wonderful view overlooking the pool. It has a smart TV with surround sound in the living room, which was very nice. The bedding was comfortable and the unit had everything that we needed. The AC got nice and cold and they even provided an additional fan in the closet, but we did not need to use it. There are two beach chairs and some beach toys in the closet as well as board games and books. We brought our own paper towels, laundry pods, trash bags, coffee filters, and dishwasher tablets. Don’t forget your salt and pepper! None of the units ever have any. It has a standard coffee maker so if you want kcup coffee maker you will need to bring your own. There IS an crockpot! :) Overall, this unit was gorgeous and we would definitely stay here again! Kudos to the owners! We Loved our stay and look forward to returning!
