"Sandpiper Cove is a very unique and has a small community vibe!! Nice pool area and the mini golf course was fun extra. Our family normally stays in a different condo but short notice led us to Sandpiper Cove! The room was super nice and CLEAN!! Definitely will stay again!

"We loved sandpiper! The golf course has my husband sold. The unit was clean. We loved the spacious deck overlooking the little waterway. Kids enjoyed looking at the ducks every day. Walk to the water taxi is short and easy! Only recommendation is fixing the screen door and some of the sockets/lights weren’t working. Remotes were halfway working as well. But other than that! We loved and will definitely be back!!

Love Sandpiper Cove!

"I have been staying at SPC for over 30 years and continue to return. You can’t beat the property, beach, and restaurant. We also love having the snack bar and chair/umbrella service at the beach. We are so pleased to notice that many of the units have been recently updated/renovated. The property is family friendly and safe.

For this particular unit, we loved the huge balcony/deck and that it is located by the canal. I do feel that it is in need of a kitchen renovation. Overall it was clean, but the couch could use a deep cleaning. Being light in color, it looked dingy.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. This was their first trip to SPC and both said they will be returning with their families in the future.

"Our stay was very pleasant. Our condo was beautiful and accommodated me and my family very nicely. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and dish washing supplies. The beds were comfortable and we had a beautiful view from a very spacious balcony. The location was minutes away from the beach and is a decent walk.

"Quick 3-night stay at SPC on the Canal in a comfortable, nicely-maintained 1BR unit. Great A/C and huge deck were pluses. Could have used a good dusting of fake plants and air return, though.

"The condo was very clean and nice. The only downside was the sofa bed. I couldn’t sleep on it. It was very uncomfortable. The balcony is spacious. We spent most of our time on it. The beach is within walking distance. I highly recommend this condo.

Great Stay, but could use improvements

"This unit was a great size for our family of four. I absolutely LOVED the huge deck. My complaints however were the bed had a strange hump in the middle and wasn't very comfortable. The pull out sofa was not even close to be something to sleep on, even with the foam mattress topper. My four year old didn't even want to sleep on it. Suggestions for the unit would be hooks in the shower to hang a loofah and the rack in the bathroom was loose and nearly fell off. A few of the sliding blind adjusters on the doors were also loose. I felt as though the floors were not properly mopped before our arrival, our feet were always dirty walking in the unit. Suggestions for the resort itself would be assigned parking spots. One night I had to park at 1038 and our unit was 2056. This is not ideal with two children.

"Absolutely love this condo! The furniture and decorations are beautiful perfectly beach themed! The condo was spotless and by that I mean there was not a grain of sand, a speck of dust anywhere! The bed was super comfortable also! The location is great and the resort is also great! The beach you need to drive to or you could walk but it would be a long walk carrying all your beach things. The beach is beautiful!!! If I had to list a complaint the only thing I would complain about was that the toilet is super low so if you have trouble getting up it might be an issue. Also the bedroom curtains do not hide the sunlight. So when the sun comes up in the morning it’s pretty bright in the bedroom. Other than those 2 things we LOVED the condo and would for sure stay there again.

"Our stay at sandpiper cove was amazing! The condo was by far one of the best places I have stayed! Great location, clean with all the amenities anyone would need including a washer and dryer! Located just steps away from the pool and either a walk or drive to the beach! Wonderful beachy feel at this condo with cute decor and colors! For a family with two small kids we had the perfect space for our weeks stay!! Couldn't have asked for anything better!

"Condo was beautiful. Bed was a little hard to climb onto, but very comfortable.
When the AC came on you couldn't hear the TV , but found out this is very common in most if the units. Pool was great.
Would've like to be closer to the beach. Liked that it was a gated community, felt very safe.

"My family loves this place! Been 3 years straight and will always stay here as long as we come every summer from Texas! The people at the gate entrance are very cool and nice! The rooms are always very clean! Everything you need is always there! The atmosphere is great! We can swim and fish without leaving the premises! Just cross the street to the beach! Love y'all!

"The unit was very clean upon arrival, and we very much enjoyed our stay. Growing up in the area this complex has always been one of my favorites due to its close proximity to the beach and the harbor. We enjoyed the golf and being able to take the water taxi over to harbor walk village. We also Loved being on the canal! we look forward to coming back to sandpiper cove and definitely recommend unit 2056. My only negative review would be the 10am check out time!

"We have stayed at Sandpiper for two years in a row now and our experience has been outstanding every time. The rooms are clean and well stocked with the latest appliances and most comfortable beds. We have stayed at hotels in the past, and even those costing $300+ per night didn't compare to the rooms at Sandpiper.
