"THE CONDO WAS JUST AS DESCRIBED.. NOT SURE IF I MISSED IT BUT THAT HIDE-AWAY BED INSIDE THE CLOSET IN THE LIVING ROOM WAS A PLUS!! IT WAS A GREAT SPOT! CLEAN, AND WE ENJOYED THAT BALCONY! STAFF WAS INCREDIBLE, ESPECIALLY MRS. STACY! WE DROVE FROM TEXAS AND IT WAS WORTH IT! FRONT GATE STAFF (NIGHT SHIFT) WERE ROCKSTARS!!

"We were a group of five adults. We have stayed in the unit before, and it is obvious that the owers have completely updated the space with fresh paint, curtains and new mattresses etc.. Condo had plenty of room for all of us. When we arrived, the space was freshly cleaned and inviting. The kitchen is well equipped and we spent many meals gathered around the table. The beds were comfy and provided a needed spot to get some much needed sleep after long fun filled days. I love sitting on the porch with views. One of my favorite parts is being steps away from our boat sitting in the canal. It is a straight shot out to the turquoise waters of the Gulf. It is a five minute walk to the sandy white beach or just drive two minutes and park in the private lot. The beach staff is welcomeing and helpful with chair rentals. We have all decided to stay in this condo annually. Simply perfect.

"I was very pleased with the condo. I’ve stayed at Sand Piper several times before and this condo stands out for me for a couple of reasons. The mirrored wall makes a small condo look much larger, the deck is awesome and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook! Also love that the condo is located on corner of unit and you get a great view of the waterway and the sunset. I will definitely stay again.

"This is a great unit it was clean and well maintained. There was a couple of power outages that can't be helped. One due to power surge and the other due to weather. I needed help getting the air back on. They came as soon as they could. Also booking unit again for next year.

First time out of Texas to stay at the pink flamingo

"It was my very first experience leaving the state of Texas. It was my boyfriend and 2 grandkids. We were immediately pleased with the condo as we walked in the door. It absolutely had all of the comforts of home. Fully stocked kitchen. Very comfortable sleeping. We loved the huge deck. The view wasn't too bad. And we were within walking distance of the beach. We cooked , we watched television at night, had breakfast on the big outdoor deck. It was just wonderful. We would love to stay there again. Oh. The whole place was very clean.

"I stayed on the balcony most of the evenings, watching the boats come in and out. The only issue that we ran into with this property was that the pool that is located near this pool is not kid friendly. The water was too deep for my 7 and 12 year olds. We went to the pool located at the front of Sandpiper Cove, which was lovely. I come to Sandpiper Cove every couple of years, this is the best place to stay.

"Clean, safe, short walk to a beautifully clean beach! The staff was great! Gated security at all times was great! And who doesn't love being in Destin-so all off the people I met were friendly!
If you golf (and I don't) how serene to have the greenness of grass and tree's. I LOVE the beach and could walk for miles and miles. Swim in the ocean? Absolutely! Swim in heated pools -yes!

"We visit Destin every year but this was our first time to bring the boat. Condo was clean. I loved having a washer/dryer in our condo. Only issue was not having a place to put the boat trailer but they did assist us in a storage facility to help with that. I think if we intend to bring the boat again we will occupy one of the units that have a space to store the boat trailer. Beach Bar and Grill was nice!

"The price we paid for this one bedroom condo---with a kitchen and balcony on the canal---was less than we would have paid for a hotel room. In addition, we had access to the private beach! We loved the fact that we could wake up, make a quick breakfast and eat outside on the balcony. We get tired of eating out---so it was nice to have the kitchen for a quick lunch at the condo. The unit we stayed in was in the back of the property, so we needed to drive to the beach, but it was still great! (Perhaps we'd stay closer to the front next time.) It was easy to get clean towels. Our unit had a washing machine and dryer---which was a great convenience for washing bathing suits. A friend recommended Sandpiper Cove to us---and we'd recommend it to our friends. We LOVED Destin and this vacation.

"We loved our time at Sandpiper Cove! This was our second year there and being on the canal made it even more special! The free golf was a bonus!! The only downside was the construction in the unit below us, very noisy with saws and sanders going all day.
