This is one of our best 1bed/1bath rental homes that Sandpiper Cove has to offer. The interior fosters feelings of a luxury gateway. You'll find yourself wanting to come back year after year. Our private beach access is about a 7-10 minute walk away!

*Book this modern and newly renovated second floor unit located on the golf course and canal! While the interior is beautiful, the exterior is where the you would probably spend most time. On the property we have total of 5 pools spread out through 43 acres. Activity center where we have tennis courts, shuffle board, pickle-ball, etc. We also have a 9 hole par 3 golf course. Private beach access is right across the street with available tiki-bar (seasonal). Regarding housekeeping needs, we have a housekeeping window open everyday for necessities. Maintenance and Front Desk staff is on site everyday as well, all with a pleasure to serve you!

"My entire experience from booking to checkout with Sandpiper Cove Rental was amazing. The empolyees at the office along with the security at the gate were extremely friendly and helpful. Rental unit was clean, comfortable and quiet.Location was in the center of everything you could ask for, beach, grocery store, gym, dining and coffee.I have been vacationing to Destin for 20 years and found this location offered everything I need.

"The location of this unit is perfect. It’s close to the pool and not too far if you wanted to walk to the beach. Everything was clean and tidy. Lots of extra pillows for the sofa sleeper. I do think it could have had a big wee variety of kitchen pots and pans, and maybe a crockpot. We’ve been staying at Sandpiper Cove for the past 4 years. This unit is smaller than any we’ve stayed in before. It was a middle unit, I’m not sure if that made a difference on sizing. Overall it was a good stay. We did have our older kid with us so it was a little tight for us. But if it was just the four of us, I’d stay here again.

"A very clean and updated Condo. Basically, all you need is your luggage and prepare to have a good time. Comfortable stay for two individuals. Great view of the Canals and located on the golf course.

"This is the second time in two months that we have stayed in this until. We love the gated community, the proximity to everything in Destin and the beach. The condo itself is updated and cute. It has about everything you need, including shorter chairs for the beach. Great view of the canal. Staying here was so convenient and more affordable than a beach. Residents of the property are very kind and welcoming.

"We absolutely loved this location. Comfortable bed, cute decor and easy to get in and out of the complex. The rental had chairs (major savings) and pool noodles which made beach time fun. The location was central to everything in Destin. The staff at Sandpiper Cove was very kind. We also appreciated the security at the front gate. It just made you feel safe.

"This condo is one of the best in SPC and we've been coming since 1996 and have stayed in several! Loved drinking my morning coffee on the balcony where I enjoyed the view and it's peaceful! The only thing missing was a blender and we purchased one and left it there for others to enjoy! The closet had chairs,2 boogie boards.and a foam cooler to use! We loved the bed, it was so comfortable! We will be booking this condo again!
