"Step off back deck into sand and a few feet away is a great on the beach outdoor restaurant with awesome food. Quick walk to 2 very good places to eat and a food mart with pop band aids cough syrup stuff you may need in a hurry. A few steps and your on the ocean so you can easy walk back and forth all day to the place or beach without allot of hassle and steps.

"The moment we walked in this beach condo we fell in love with it ! We knew we were at home !! Ready to move in! Beautifully decorated..pictures do not do it justice! We did not want for anything..the owners thought of every need. Love the back porch and view! Just a few steps and the sugary white powdered sands !

"As soon as you walk in the door you see the ocean and in the bedroom. Very clean and decorated very nice. You use a gate code to get in the complex so we felt safe walking the dogs. The beach is minutes away so close to go back and fourth checking on the dogs and getting lunch. Highly recommend and will be back to stay here.

"This condo is absolutely perfect if you love the beautiful view of the gulf. We kept our bedroom window open every night to hear the surf which was so relaxing. The condo is decorated very tastefully and was very clean and comfortable. This was our 5th time staying at Sandpiper, our first on the beach. We plan on making this an annual vacation in this condo. It was perfect!

"We absolutely loved unit 1134 at Sandpiper Cove. We have stayed in the resort before, but never on the beach. The location was perfect and the Condo was very clean. We spent our time walking on the beach, playing pickleball and golf, and doing a lot of deck sitting. There are an abundance of good restaurants also in the area. I highly recommend this resort and unit.

"We had a great time, the ocean views were awesome! The property is in very good condition, very clean and a great location. Management was great too. We had checked out of the unit and I realized I may have left my wallet there. They were very nice and since it was just 15 minutes passed the check-out time, they let us go in and checked the unit to make sure it was not there. Thank you very much! We truly enjoyed our 4th of July vacation.

"We had a great stay. The view was perfect. I do wish they had a gate on the porch stairs like the condo next to us had since we had a little one but that’s not the case for everyone. I do wish sandpiper would take care of the sand walkway from the condo to the boardwalk because it was filled with trash. But that is not the condo owners fault! The condo was clean, in great shape and had awesome decor. We would definitely stay here again.

"We loved Sandpiper Cove unit 1134. It was newly renovated and you step off the deck into the sand.Ricks Sand Trap bar and grill is steps away with good food and drinks. We will definitely return.

"This was by far the most breath taking views we have ever seen, watched the dolphins jump in the ocean every day while we had our coffee, lunch, and dinner. the condo was just as beautiful. clean. will be staying there again.

"I’ve stayed at sandpiper many times but my first stay on beach side. The location was amazing. The back deck ends at the base of the sand dunes. Literally steps till you are in the beach. Not only would I recommend the unit, I will be staying in it again myself. I’ve stayed many places in Destin but I always return to Sandpiper and if you want a condo as close to the surf as you can get, this is your unit

"If you love the beach, this is the perfect condo. The view is gorgeous and you can't beat the proximity to everything. It's easy to get in and out of the complex. My husband and I have already stayed here twice this summer and can't wait to return.

"We had a great time and loved our stay at Sandpipee. To be able to sit in the living room or back deck and see the ocean was amazing. To be able to walk out the back door right onto the beach was the best part of our experience I highly recommend staying with Sandpiper if you are ever planning a trip to the Destin area.

"We stayed here for 6 nights with our 2 kids and enjoyed everything about it. As others have said, it's a great spot, with a back entrance right onto the sand. We found it supplied with everything we needed for the stay, cooked several meals in the condo and had everything we needed. We all slept well on the beds (kids on the couch) and everything was very comfortable. It's a newer sleeper-sofa couch with a nice mattress. There's a small grille restaurant just steps away with low prices for decent food. We did restock towels, toilet paper and trash bags once during our stay, there's an easy place to do that right by the rental office that's open 9-5.
The condo was very nicely decorated and everything was perfectly clean. Also there are many nice restaurants and things to do very nearby, including a Target and Winn Dixie. We enjoyed the local places we ate at as well and have others we'd like to visit next trip.
We'll be back for sure and would recommend this to anyone for a nice beach vacation!

"This is a nice one bedroom, one bath condo. The view was awesome! Just some feedback, there was a smell when we first went into the condo that lasted a few days. Also, the sink in the bathroom leaks. Some things need to be updated.

"Loved this condo! It had everything we were looking for -- and we were willing to pay a little extra to stay within walking distance to the beach!! It also had a breathtaking sea view! The condo was cute and clean, however the living room sofa was broken (the foldout bed underneath seemed to be the cause) and we could not sit on it. That did make enjoying the living room difficult and so that was disappointing. Other than the sofa, our stay here was great. We would book again, as long as the sofa is replaced.

"We love Sandpiper Cove. We stay here every year. We love the accessibility to the beach, Rick’s Sandtrap, and the beach setup company. This was a wonderful stay. The condo was what we expected. The only negative I can mention is that the couch wasn’t the most comfortable. :)

"This rental was fabulous!! The views alone were so great and I loved the beach access from the back deck. I couldn’t have picked a better rental location. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The only slight complaint I had is that the couch wasn’t very comfortable (which didn’t really matter because we spent most our time on the beach or downtown) and the mattress and pillows could have been better. Even just a padding put on top of the mattress would have helped. But, it is a condo rental so I definitely wasn’t expecting something as nice as what someone would put in their own home. Also, the front office gave us a code to open the front door of the condo and the code didn’t work. It was a little inconvenient to have to call the front desk and try a few more times only to receive a different code number which finally did work. Overall, the experience was so much better than I expected and I would definitely rent this condo again!

"we were disappointed that canopies were not allowed on the beach, & excessive chair rentals made the beach VERY crowded. The room itself was wonderful, would probably stay again, but maybe at a different time of year when the beach would not be so crowded.

"Everything went very smoothly. The condo was nice except for a few minor cosmetic things that could be fixed for under $1000. One issue is that the ceiling in the bathroom is strange in that the light fixture is the ceiling and you can basically see the floor of the unit above if you look through the crack. It wasn't blatantly obvious but I noticed it when I could hear my neighbor above peeing. There is a hole in the Sheetrock where the electrical box had been moved. Hang a picture there. Pretty simple. Our tv went out and the owner quickly had a new one purchased and sandpiper maintenance had it promptly installed. Maintenance was great and this was a non-issue. The location of the condo is great. It has easy access to 2 boardwalks depending on which part of the beach you like to use. It has steps that walk directly out to the pavilion and its boardwalk to the beach. The view is nice. Because of the dune you can just see the tops of the umbrellas and, of course, the gulf.
