"Great location with pool close, master bath is very nice but the furniture in the living room is completely worn out and almost unusable.
The kitchen stove has the wrong pans under the burners so they are uneven and hard to use.

"We had a great stay here in June 2022. The kitchen was well-stocked and the condo was spacious.
The couches could use a slight update (were a little worn) and as another reviewer mentioned, the living room stayed quite cool, but the bedrooms did not receive as much of the air. We could also never get the cable channels to work in the living room, only in the bedrooms.

"The Condo was a pleasure to stay in. It was super clean the beds where comfortable, TV's in every room. Thr resort was real nice. It had 3 swimming pools, a golf course, and 3 hot tubs. The beach was just a few minutes from the resort that was a plus.. I will. E staying here again.

"We enjoy SPC. We have come for a long term stay every year for 17 yrs.
Some units need more updating , but the atmosphere is always pleasant and
enjoyable. This unit needs attention to the flooring,bathroom, and stove.(is not level). I would then give it excellent!

"We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Flooring needs fixing and master bedroom matress is not the best. Needs a little TLC to be the best ! Stove is not level so some cooking was difficult. Previous tenants left dog food under the stove which attracted bugs until removed.

"If you ever need to get away, unwind, and enjoy the off season, this is the place to do it. Very comfortable, convenient to everything, and the grounds are pet friendly. The only thing was the roofs were being shingled so the noise was sometimes a little loud.

"Condo was very welcoming and had all the appliances we needed. Check-in was great, staff was very friendly. My own concerns or improvements would be, the king size mattress needs replaced as it caves in the middle and then just making sure that WIFI information is up to date when given to guests! Very satisfied and pleased with this condo stay!

"My wife and I, along with our two kids and their two friends stayed three nights there last week. The condo was just as mentioned, and the resort is nice. We have stayed at this resort the last three times and always look forward to coming back. The only negative that I can give is that they are lacking in parking. My son had to park down from our condo a couple of nights, and one of those nights he parked in a no parking zone. He had a citation on his window the next morning. As I looked at the spot he parked, I could tell that he shouldn’t had parked there, but the spot was not labeled no parking, and most 20 yr olds would not have known not to park there.

" We have been coming to Sandpiper Cove for many years and always stay in the same condo. This year that condo was not available so we switched to this two bedroom. We may never go back! The condo was clean and attractive and comfortable and met all our needs and more. Right near the pool, right on the golf green, had a lovely deck, and the kitchen was well-equipped. A hurricane began brewing in the gulf so we only had a few days in the ocean. That meant a lot of extra time in the condo where we played games, watched movies and ate. So comfy! Thank you for a wonderful week in spite of the weather!

"We were lucky to find this property on short notice. We made our reservations a week in advance of our stay. The property has so many special features such as the nine hole golf course, a marina, a beach side bar, and an on site restaurant. We enjoyed the walk between the condo and the beach with all the beautiful landscapes pathways. We enjoyed the proximity to shopping and entertainment. We had a wonderful time.

"Unit was ideal for us, being near golf course, pool and beach. Disappointed in golf course. They aerated the second day we were there and the course was closed for 3 days. The kitchen needs replenished. There were very few spoons and forks and glasses. I had to go buy a plastic pitcher. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay and will be back!

"we stayed for 5 days and had a blast. clean, cozy condo made us feel right at home. the private beach was in walking distance, great snack shack next to the beach with snow cones, adult beverages, and fried food, perfect for when you get out the water. great location minutes for the supermarket and convenient stores. just a short 5-7 minute drive to the haborwalk village.

"I wish the pool didn't close at 10pm but that's pretty common. We enjoyed relaxing there after a long day in the ocean. The fridge didn't work upon arrival- turns out it was just the breaker. Be sure and ask for the wifi code when you check in. Also ask about the linen exchange. The property could elaborate more on these minor details to make this stay more convenient but all was resolved timely so we will stay again.
