"We found our unit in good shape and well equipped for our stay. Enjoyed pickleball in the mornings on the tennis courts with folks who were staying through the winter. This was a very nice and relaxing place to stay.

"Our vacation was a well needed one, It was 3 of us the Condo was very Clean two Bathrooms, the only problem was the Shower did not work in one of the Bathrooms Shower did not work. As for everything else, It was Great ,we had everything we needed .would come back. Also would tell Friends and Family about Sandpiper Cove.

"Overall we really enjoy staying in Sandpiper Cove. We have been coming for 20 years as of this year. The condo that we stayed in this year needs updating and had some maintenance issues that need to be addressed.

Fun family week in sunny Florida!

"We stayed the week in 1071 at Sandpiper. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to cook our meals. We have stayed at Sandpiper several times in the past but this is the first time we were here in the summer , never disappoints. We loved pools and the beautiful private beach. The boys played a lot of shuffle board and played some golf too. We all went to the outlet mall a few times and enjoyed lunch at the beach shack.
We will be back again! Thanks Sandpiper Cove!

"This place is in a good location for kids in walking distance from the beach and has a view of the pool. Everyone we came in contact with on the complex was some of the kindest and most courteous people I have encountered. I will most definitely try to come back next year.

"Comfortable. Clean. Bathrooms and kitchen in good working order. Linens very nice. Floors and carpet clean, well-maintained. Thermostat excellent condition. Furniture was fair. Sofa fabric worn somewhat. Table and chairs ok with one chair back damaged but usable. Bed slept comfortably. Recommend room darkening drapes in king bedroom. Washer makes too much noise and dryer does not dry a full load at a time. Screen door does not work well.
Patio furniture was rusted and not usable. PVC furniture in excellent shape. Showers worked well.

"We have been staying at Sandpiper for many years and this unit is our favorite! From the minute you walk in the door you feel right at home. The location is outstanding with a large balcony that overlooks the par-3 golf course and one of the pools. It is at the back part of the property and is very peaceful and quiet but convenient to everything! The unit is always super clean and the beds are very comfortable. We greatly appreciate the owners for allowing us to bring our fur babies with us to join in all the fun as well! They provide everything you need to enjoy your stay at this unique resort.

"We loved staying at Sandpiper Cove.
We loved the driving access to the private beach.
The unit was clean and spacious.
Out only disappointment was that the bedrooms had no ceiling fans (so we went and bought a couple of fans at Walmart).
My only complaint was the noise we got from the party above us, and the empty beer cans that we continued to find in our deck from those above us.
If we can return to Destin, we will return to Sandpiper Cove!
