This newly renovated one bedroom condo is a nice cozy retreat on the inside. Enjoy overlooking one of the 5 swimming pools and the 9 hole, Par 3 golf course from the back deck. Just a short walk, or ride, to the beach!

- Complimentary access to Sandpiper Cove’s five sparkling swimming pools and three hot tubs located conveniently throughout the property along with charcoal grills, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts and a pitch and putt 9-hole golf course. Two of our pools are heated for your comfort during the winter months. On-premises food, The Sand Flea (beachside Tiki-Bar open March-October) and Louisiana Lagniappe (upscale seafood waterfront dining with a Creole flair, casual attire permitted.)

"Unit was wonderful, updated and next to pool. No need to leave property. We could walk to beach, get food and drinks at beach bar and eat at best restaurant in Destin.

"Space was just enough for me and my girls. It was clean and had everything we needed. Great location as well as the pool was right outside of our back door. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Condo safety

"The unit was clean. But for seniors there were two places where you could trip and possibly fall. One was at the entrance where the door frame was above the floor level that I tripped on several times. Also the rugs in the bathroom rugs were tripped over several times. There was no end table on one side of bed.

"Sand Piper Cove was ideally located. Just a short distance to grocery store, entertainment and restaurants. The restaurant on site offered delicious food and sunset views. We would definitely stay here again!

"Condo was adequate. Very clean. Very close to a pool. However, quite a long walk to the beach. After hours we parked the car at the check-in office, & walked from there. Beaches are beautiful!

"We & family have stayed here in Ms Mollie’s unit several times. It’s well kept & a very relaxing place. It is convenient to shopping & restaurants & drug stores if needed. We were treated well upon check in & had no issues to report. We loved being across the street from the beach. Breakfast at the Donut Hole was a big plus too!
