"Great accommodations! This ground floor unit was very well stocked and had everything you could possibly need! We enjoyed being able to walk right out the door and down three steps to the pool however the handrail going down the steps needs to be replaced. It was very unstable and shaky. The unit was well decorated, very clean, and in good condition. The bed could definitely use an upgrade, the bi-fold doors could use some work and after recently having surgery, the tub could use a grab bar and extra tub tread. The washer and dryer was state-of-the-art as were the appliances in the kitchen. The only drawback for us was that the unit is located at the back of the property near Highway 98 where a traffic light intersects with the entrance to Gulf Shore Drive. It could be a little noisy at times. However, we felt at ease with the secured property and the ground were very well maintained. We would definitely book this unit again!

"Enjoyed our stay. Nice to have Louisiana Langiape so close. Going to the beach was easy. We just drove across to the street and parked. Condo was perfect for two people. Very clean. We’ll be back.

"Our condo was very nice, well decorated and comfortable for our family. Being right next to one of the pools made it a nice stay. We needed the relaxation after having a rough week at home. We also appreciated the fact that we could bring our Boston Terrier with us. We were able to enjoy one of favorite restaurants (Louisiana Lagniappe) while we were there. It is always a great atmosphere and great food.

Absolute Gem Sandpiper Cove Unit 1013

"This is our third time staying at Sandpiper Cove, we love unit 1013!! Exceptionally clean and if there is anything needed Sandpiper Management is very quick to assist. It's location is tucked away private, quiet and safe. The windows provide a light and airy feeling. People within the complex are so very friendly and welcoming. We appreciate that this unit is ground level and has a washer/dryer provided in the unit. Also, this unit has parking directly outside the front door, making it very handy to bring in groceries. Just absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed playing golf, bocce ball, and pickle ball all included with our stay. The pools are well maintained. The beach access is simple and an amazing spot for sunsets. We highly recommend unit 1013 and Sandpiper Cove Resort.

"Condo very clean and equipped with basic necessities like dishes, pots and pans, W/D, etc. Pool right outside. Professional staff. Friendly neighbors.
-Unit is towards the back of the complex so we drove to the beach (because of toddler), but definitely within walking distance.
Close to water park (4 min drive). Restaurants very close.
Very affordable. We will definitely be back!

"Overall it was a nice unit but needs some updates. The living room and sliding glass doors needs blackout curtains. The sun came directly in, and you could not see the TV from the glare. I know you’re at the beach and not wanting to stay in much but it was storming so we had to stay in a lot. The tile in the bathroom needs to be replaced around the fan. With this being a pet friendly unit I think it should have a gate on the deck so your little babies can’t get off. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed staying there and also the swimming pool right outside the room was a plus ��

Great vacation

"Upon arrival, the condo seemed to be clean for the most part. The baseboards could use a good deep clean, though. There was also a centipede problem and I killed probably 10 during our stay. That evening when we pulled the pullout couch out, the mattress cover was covered in what looked like dog pee. Luckily it was an easy wash and wasn’t on the mattress itself. Other than the minor issues, the condo was nice, great location by the pool and the drive is easy to get to the private beach area. We would stay here again.

"This place is in one of the best areas ... quiet from traffic, by the pool, lower level. Plus it was clean and quite homey. Thank you again Sandpiper Cove. Tyler was super helpful when we had issue with the tv/internet and had someone assist within minutes and she was so kind and fixed the issue - wish I had caught her name as well.

"It was perfect for our Spring Break family-of-3 getaway. It was clean and perfectly located.
Bring your own paper towels and coffee filters, as they are not supplied.
This unit works for 2 adults and possibly 2 SMALL children or 1 teenager as it is tiny. Our daughter slept on the sofa bed and was totally comfortable.
We loved that they supplied a couple of golf clubs, golf balls, tennis balls, a beach umbrella, 2 boogie boards, a skim board and beach toys! The swimming pool is right off of the back patio and the unit is also right on a small golf course.
It is a short walk to the beach and is close to plenty of restaurants and shopping.
We ate at the Louisiana Lagniappe restaurant located on the property. It was DELICIOUS, but pricey.
We would definitely stay here again!

"Perfect one bedroom. Had everything I needed. Cooked in everyday and the kitchen was stocked w/ the right cooking utensils. Recommend bringing your own paper towels or napkins and salt & pepper as that was not provided.

"The property was very clean. My family enjoyed their stay so much my grandchildren didn’t want to go home. Excellent location to the pool and beach. We enjoyed taking the water taxi to the harbor. We loved it so much we are coming back as soon as possible.
