"Short February trip. Everything was great, even the weather.
Only 2 things that need to be improved:
1. the bed needs a better mattress
2. the floors need to be cleaned better (this applies to all the units I’ve stayed in at Sandpiper Cove)

Condo needs TLC

"This was not what I expected in a condo rental. No napkins or paper towels for use. The bed was too soft for my liking. No coffee filters for the Mr coffee pot. I left some as others hoping the property management doesn’t remove them. The sliding glass door needs replaced badly. The love seat was placed over the air intake even tho there is a sign asking management/guests not to do that. The place just needs some TLC for the price. The gate at our end of the resort was closed so we had to walk all the way around main entrance to get in and out. That was exhausting.

"A great stop and the resort and their staff were so nice! Super close to the beach. We brought bikes and biked some days and walked others! The pictures do not do the condo justice! It was excellent!!

Cozy and Close To Fun

"Our condo was clean, bright, and cozy upon our arrival. The space had everything we needed for a stay near the beach. The kitchen was equipped with most everything we needed for our stay. My only request would have been for some appropriate grilling tools and perhaps an extra towel rack for beach towels and suits. There is a no towels on railing policy so space for beach/pool things is limited. Everything we wanted to see and do was close to the condo and easy to get to. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to have a great Destin vacation.

"We knew we would be out and about, but had one person who would not. My husband enjoyed staying in, and we did too when it rained. It was the perfect size for 3-4 people.

Newly renovated one bedroom

"Everything seemed to work well. Furnishings were nice and obviously newly decorated. Nice flat screen tv. Only issue was the construction going on early every morning. They were working on the condo next door but the walls connect. Impossible to sleep in. That’s obviously not going to be a permanent issue though.
