"Great stay in this unit. To update prior reviews, the top bunk DOES have a safety rail. It is removable and was stored under the bottom bunk when we arrived. The bunk area no longer has the curtains that are pictured, so there’s no privacy there. The traffic is loud at night when everything else (a/c, refrigerator, washer/dryer, tv) is totally quiet. We only slept in the bedroom, and you cannot hear the traffic from there. If someone is sleeping on the pullout sofa or bunks, I’d recommend bringing a sound machine. The carpet looked like it had been cleaned recently, but there were still areas with stains; however, this did not bother us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

"Everything was amazing. Condo was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Private beach very clean and just right across the street. We had some small issues with the coffee maker and toilet but they were fixed immediately. With the complex being full could not believe how nice and quiet the unit was. Can’t wait to go back next year.

"We loved this location. Loved the balcony and ocean view from this beach walk unit. Everything worked as it should. Carpet needs replacing, but it didn’t bother us. I would recommend a hard surface (tile, wood, laminate, etc) in place of carpet.

"We had a wonderful stay ! We noticed when we arrived that the umbrella on the patio was broken so we called and they came and removed it at once. Only thing that was not great was the parking, we really wished that the parking spots had the condo number on them so that they would be for that condo only. They never did bring a replacement umbrella, but that was fine we enjoyed our stay so well. The beach was just a short walk as well has the pool and hot tubs. We could not hear the other families that stayed next to us at all. great place to feel safe while you stay due to the gate keepers and really a nice family place.

"Loved this rental! Had a great visit. Weather was beautiful! Beach had some sargassum that needed to be removed by the tractor... also, the sliding glass doors were a Pain to get open and closed! Enjoyed dinner at The on property Restraunt! ❤️

"The condo was clean, very comfortable King bed. The condo had everything we needed. Great location to everything. We loved sitting on the deck with our morning coffee and walking on the beach. The only problem was the sliding screen door was broken and we reported it upon arrival. The road noise was an issue but we would stay again.

"I understand there are a lot of people in and out of these units.....this unit could definitely use a good carpet cleaning. A better vacuum would help also.
The bed was good and kitchen stocked well. Loved Sandpiper complex in general. Close to beach and restaurants

"Everything was great. Our only complaint is the remote in the bedroom was messed up. Everything is just as it shows in pictures. Very close to the beach. Great location. Area was quiet. The restaurant on the property Louisiana Lagniappe is amazing!! Don’t skip it!

"Our stay @ that condo was nice. We would definitely stay there again. My husband loved the cape cod blankets. But if I could make a few suggestions....(1) there was too much furniture in the living room, too crowded, No flow. (2) I would do a much smaller kitchen table. A smaller rectangle not round, and then add another bar stool or 2 instead.(3) And need to add more curtain panels on the windows! So it blocks the light in the mornings & the heat during the day. The 2 panels currently on the windows were NOT enough. They didn't cover the whole window. (4)it has too much patio furniture. We had to re-arrange it and stack some of the chairs in order to move around on it comfortably. (5)we have small grandkids, and the bunk beds were apparently more for adults. The top bunk is very high and there's no railings! Very dangerous. After a couple of days we were very comfortable with it and would stay at that location again. Sincerely

"We were in Destin for a baseball tournament. From checkin to check out it was a great experience. We got there after the office closed and the guard shack had our packet with everything we needed. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs. The condo was immaculate and we had a beach view from our deck. I liked the fact we could get clean towels daily. The beach is beautiful with soft white sand and there were chairs and umbrellas available. Grocery shopping is nearby for those that want to save $ and eat some meals at home. The shops and restaurants are plenty and fresh seafood delicious.
Overall it was an amazing experience and we’d definitely do it again.

"Comfortable king bed and large vanity space. Working washer and dryer. Older appliances but work well. Close to the harbor area and easy access in and out of property. Biggest disappointment was no hair dryer.

"Spent five nights here for our family vacation with three kids (ages 9, 11, and 16). Location is wonderful - very close walk to the beach and pool, convenient drive to all local attractions. The condo was clean and spacious. Loved having a washer and dryer!

"The room was welcoming and colorful! It was definitely a home away from home! Me and my girlfriends loved it! Only thing I can complain about is the beds weren't that comfortable! And walking distance to and from the beach wasn't bad at all! I would definitely stay again!

"I was for the most part happy with our condo. I was very unhappy with how dirty the carpet was though. When my grandkids walked on the carpet barefooted, their feet were black with dirt.
