"I would have given a 5 but just a few picky things that aren’t really an issue just a suggestion. Great location , not a far walk from the beach and pool is outside the patio with a heated pool and 3 hot tubs. Had all the things you would need to cook but only had 2 trash bags and when we asked for more they were out, so take your own trash bags. The patio door off the living room sticks alittle but if you pull hard it will slide. The unit was beautiful and stocked beach chairs and swim boards my girls loved at the beach. Check in was a breeze and they give you a packet of things to do and magazines with local coupons. Each day you can take your linens and turn them in by the office for fresh new ones. Go to the office if you want to check out items to play golf, pickle ball, etc. The best thing was once you crossed the street to the beach and walked down the stairs the beach and water were right there, saved walking a long distance. We will return and stay longer next time !

"We stayed here in September and it was a lovely unit. Clean, very cute and updated, comfortable and very close- just a few steps- to the pool. I like the fact that the owners decided to utilize the larger space in the master bedroom by putting 2 queen beds in there. Great for accommodating a larger group. Although there’s lots to do in beautiful Destin, I enjoyed watching old Hallmark movies and “Touched by an Angel” on the Android tv. I would be happy to stay in this unit again.

"I absolutely enjoyed my stay. The staff was awesome! It was an easy walk to the beach and not far from restaurants and local activities.
My one & only dislike was check out time. In my opinion,check out at 10am is too early. The cleaning staff was there before 10.
Other than that, I have no other complaints. I would definitely recommend.

"Our family loved this rental. The location was perfect! The back patio backs up to the pool for quick and easy access. We were able to also access a walkway from the back porch making it easy to leave our beach toys outside and ready to go.

"We have used this unit for several years and were always happy with it. Never had any problems til this time. Was so surprised, didn’t expect such things to happen and very disappointed to learn the same problems were supposedly fixed 2 weeks before we booked. Lucky no harm was done except for cuts on my toes when the shower door fell off and disappointed when Sandpiper was more concerned about the door and didn’t ask how I was. Very thankful it was me and not my granddaughter using the shower when it happened. Also the refrigerator handle came off and the stove wasn’t working. All were fixed the next day and out stay was very nice after all that

"Everything went well except the electricity keeps going on and off and will remain off for a good 30 minutes at times. Sometimes it is just the rooms. The A/C went out on day and luckily it was fixed by the end of the day. It was something with the outside unit. The office was very good with the work orders. We have rented this same condo 2 xs before and had the same issues. There was 4 bath towels and 3 hand towels which when I went to exchange they couldn’t give me more. We were 4 adults and 2 days we were 6 adults so I just went buy some hand towels bc it was easier. The lady in the laundry house said we would have to talk to the office for more towels which we didn’t. I know they would have approved but we were in a hurry to get to the beach. Ty

"We have stayed here over 25 times throughout the years of course it is older now and in need of repairs but non working jets and lights in pool and hot tub,non working lights on tennis courts and greens on par 3 were the worst I’ve ever seen.Please Make repairs to these areas for the first time in over 25 years we are considering a new location.

"I believe that condo was overpriced. Although it was a great location I talked with other renters with the same layout and I paid 900.00 more than any of them going through Sandpiper Cove, while they went through other agencies.
Besides the price the unit was very clean, comfortable and I was very satisfied with the condo.

"This property was exactly like the description on the website regarding the layout, amenities and location. It was very clean and well maintained. We loved having the access to the backyard and patio for our dogs to play around. The pool and beach access was very convenient. We enjoyed revisiting and eating at McGuire's restaurant. We took a short drive to visit Seaside and the Silver Sands Mall. We would highly recommend this property to our friends and relatives.

"Everything was great about the rental and our experience with Sandpiper Cove Condo's. We have been coming to Sandpiper for over 13 years and have only missed a couple of years during that time. We really like this particular condo since it's easy availability to the beach and walk outside the patio to the pool. This is about the 4th year that we have had this condo and prior to that we had one on the other side same distance from the pool.

"Stayed here with my family for a spur of the moment beach vacation which turned out to be one of the best trips we've had in years. The condo is spacious and very clean, especially for a pet friendly rental. Just a short walk to the private beach walk across the street. The resort management was great and had a quick response to any issue we had. We'll certainly be returning!

"It was a nice condo with a good location. The beds aren't the most comfortable in our opinion. The only problem we had was the plumbing in the bathroom of the master. It seemed to not want to flush all the way. it needs to be looked at. But overall it was a great condo.

"We LOVE Sandpiper Cove!!!We have been to Destin 4 times, and stayed at Sandpiper cove ALL 4 times!! This is the 2nd time we rented this same condo! The upgrades in the unit are gorgeous!!! "Had a great time in 9102. The outside area being on first floor isn't private so it was a bit of a pain not being able to leave things on patio but it also was very easy to just walk up to your door without stairs! Rooms were nicely decorated. Some thicker curtains would be nice, it got bright in the rooms very early! Overall a great stay, would stay again!
