"8121 was a great Studio condo perfect for 2 to 4 people and closer to the main gate so the walk was short to the beach. The pool was steps from the back door. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal.The bed was comfy and soft. The only issue was the lock was a little tricky to figure out but it was fine. Overall we had a great time and I would definitely recommend this condo.

"I've been visiting Sandpiper for 25 years, and I can honestly say this unit is my absolute favorite! It's beautifully decorated, recently renovated, spotless, and fully stocked to ensure a comfortable stay. Just a quick tip: Sandpiper doesn’t provide paper towels, so be sure to bring some or grab a roll at the Target or Winn-Dixie right across the street! This unit is located at the front of Sandpiper, making it just a short walk to the beach, while the pool is only steps away from the back deck. Plus, it includes FREE beach service, a fantastic perk considering the daily rental costs for beach chairs and umbrellas. As a picky traveler, I can honestly say that 8121 has become my home away from home! You won’t be disappointed!

"8121 is a darling little unit, perfect for a short stay for 2 or longer for just one. Bed was excepted comfortable, beautifully decorated, very clean. Owner was a lovely person. Sandpiper Cove has lots to do, wonderful pools, golf and courts.

"The Cottage was a great location with walking distance to the gorgeous sugar sand beach, Target, McDonalds and Walgreens. There were no unhoused or panhandlers in area, felt safe walking around! I was presently surprised to learn there was 2 chairs and an umbrella at the beach I could reserve for free as part of the rental(tip those beach boys, they work hard to set things up!)
Security and office staff were friendly and helpful! Cottage was nicely decorated. A/C worked great, cooled us off after a warm day at the beach. The only things that could be improved were the closet doors kept falling of rails (old could be replaced with folding doors) there were water stains in the popcorn ceiling, there were no paper towels provided and one roll of toilet paper. (we stayed for 3 nights). The laundry facilites on property could use some maintenance, some machines were broken and the dryer did not work very well ($3 in quarters to operate).
Overall good experience, we would stay here again.

"So much about this condo loved. It was perfect for my short trip. Clean, cozy, updated, 5 min walk to the beach, great A/C, beach service was greatly appreciated!, and I really loved the nice shower. All I did was stay on the beach all day eat and sleep. It was so comfortable, I would fall asleep early on the couch every night.

"The rental was clean, quiet and very close to the beach. I walked to the beach daily and it was so convenient. The studio was clean and came with everything! The property comes with paid beach chairs that I didn't utilize till the last day because I didn't know. Will definitely be back!!

"From the time we pulled in, to the time we left everyone from the security staff to the staff in office were extremely, friendly and helpful. The condo was very nice. And a very short walk to the pool and beach, made it very convenient.

"We loved staying at Sandpiper Cove! Quick getaway for Memorial weekend. Took a Water Taxi over to AJ’s for dinner and to watch the fireworks! It was the perfect weekend! The only thing I would have changed was the bed was very uncomfortable! If you upgrade the bed I’d give it a 5. Thank you.

"It was our first time there and it was very relaxing. We will be back again. We had the beach and restaurant right there around us plus shopping center with a grocery store. It was a very good location. Our own beach area which was beautiful white sand and the most beautiful and clean beach I have ever seen.

"I had a wonderful time. This was a solo trip. The condo was spotless and had everything I needed as far as cooking. The AC was cold. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. The wi-fi was spotty, but I blame that on the provider. I would just give a heads up about the step in the bathroom. I took a flying leap and almost landed in the tub the first night. Alcohol may have been involved lol.

"Had a great time will be returning to Sand Piper Cove. I will say though the bed was incredibly squeaky so we had to sleep on the floor (a little disappointed about that) and also the dishwasher in the unit does not work. Two very important things need a little update. Overall great place, not mad just disappointed in the bed situation, wasn’t able to get good rest sleeping on the floor on vacation.
