*Relax on balcony overlooking tennis/pickle courts! Complimentary access to Sandpiper Cove’s five sparkling swimming pools and three hot tubs located conveniently throughout the property along with charcoal grills, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts and a pitch and putt 9-hole golf course. Two of our pools are heated for your comfort during the winter months. Sandpiper also offers boat docking abilities for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Rick’s Sand Trap Bar & Grill (beachside Tiki Bar open March-October) and Louisiana Lagniappe (upscale seafood waterfront dining with a Creole flair, with casual attire permitted.)

"This is my sixth year as a snowbird in unit #3115. The unit is clean and mostly well appointed. The location of the unit is what keeps me coming back. It’s at the end of a dead end street, so there is only foot traffic. It’s very quiet. The front deck is in the sun all day. Literally a five minute walk to the beach. Gated complex, so one can feel safe. JoEllen, in the front office is a star! She recognizes me year after year. Lovely staff too, i dealt with Briley mostly. So glad Shannon is gone!

"This is my fifth stay in this unit as a snowbird. I love the location of the unit. It’s at a dead end street so there is only foot traffic.The unit is clean and has most of the necessary amenities (I bring my own door mats and cookie sheets). I met the owner two years ago and he is very helpful. The complex is quiet and also a great location;I walked to Starbucks on 98 most days. There is Target and Winn Dixie within walking distance. One can sit on the deck as desired as it gets sun all day.

"The unit is cute and feel like the beach. It’s located on the middle of the property and you can get to all areas easily. I will say it’s a smaller 2 bedroom and the bunk bed room is limited on floor space. The kitchen is small but did have all we needed to cook. It doesn’t have a place for groceries, so you fill the counters. The master is a firm bed, so if you like that style, you will be happy. We like a softer mattress. The couch mattress needs some help or a topper to be added. Not comfortable at all. The lights in the kitchen don’t work all the time, you have to flip the switch multiple times to get them on. Unit was smaller then photos looked and the beds were not comfortable. If you need smaller space and like thin firm beds, then you will be happy here. Sandpiper is still our favorite place to stay.
